When I called Crim, he not only said he was willing to come out and look but he would do it the next day for me. Expecting a thousand dollar job, Crim had it all fixed in a few hours and charged me way less than expected. I will definitely use them again without hesitation and I recommend you give them a call as well. Fast service, fair prices and friendly.

If I could give a no star review, by all means, I would. I am absolutely disgusted by the fact that…read morenot only he took the job I needed done and BACKED OUT after 2 days (6 hours worth of work), but also the fact that he solely chose to only deal with my husband regarding the job. I called countless times, texted, etc with no reply from this plumber. Yet, when my husband called or texted his response was nearly immediate. That shows me this man thinks nothing more than that a woman is inferior to a man, which is an incredibly poor business quality and chauvinistic. When he came to refund the rest of my material deposit after cancelling the job he agreed to, he would not even make eye contact with myself (a female), rather he chose to direct all conversation to my husband. This was highly unappreciated as an educated woman, or a woman period for that matter. This plumber will not receive a pleasant review from me to ANYONE. I am not happy with the way he conducts business nor the fact that he is not a man of his word to finish a job he agreed to. If he thought it was too much work and too big a job, all he had to do was originally deny the job. Instead, we were led on to believe he was going to complete it for us and 2 days later, left incredibly upset by his lack of completion. The original timeline given for our project was 2 days. That 2 days turned into 4 days, which we were okay with due to circumstances regarding COVID. Those 4 days then turned into a 'few weeks' scenario which was ultimately unacceptable. Even after he tried 'cutting corners' on our job by not wanting to complete every item on the original list of needs, we agreed to his way and it ultimately led to him cancelling the job. As previously stated, he will NEVER touch another piece of my plumbing or electrical nor receive a recommendation from us. We are highly disappointed in him after we hired him based on a good review from my husband's family.

Chris is very informative and goes above and beyond to assure my family is safe and comfortable…read more Our heat went out on a very cold December night. I dreaded making a call to any company, knowing the expense that we would face for an "after hours" service call. I avoided the BIG names and simply scrolled through until I came across Air & Heat Full Service. The ad said open 24 hours but me being pessimistic thinking yea right i reluctantly made the call at 11pm. Chris answered, to my surprise and my first concern was pricing. Mr. Overbay, Chris, explained he did flat rate billing and no matter if he showed at 9am or 3am his service call price would be the same. Me dreading the next answer I had to ask...and how much is the service call? To my disbelief the answer was more than reasonable. If I remember correctly the cost was around $70 for a late night and no heat for the kiddos I was in. Chris arrived at almost 12 introduced himself and asked to be shown to the problemed beast. He returned to me within 15 min with a diagnosis. The igniter on our 18 year old gas furnace had run a ground. He explained he could resolve the issue that night. Me being me and frugal as I maybe asked how much and how long this would take. Chris gave me a price of $110 plus the service call bringing the bill too under $200 total out the door. Me being me and not sold this ignitor was or would be the only issue, I voiced my concern. Chris what if it's something else wrong with it? Chris assured me this was the issue and if it were anything other than what he said that that would become his issue for misdiagnosing the furnace. He walked to his van returned went right to work and to my surprise had the heat restored and working in less than 20 minutes. I received my invoice and as Chris had stated no surprises no hidden charges and heat fixed for less than $200. After telling others this same headache I was told if I called one of those BIG named companies that I would have paid over that for the "after hours" service call alone. I appreciate Chris's honesty prompt service and knowledge of the trade. Air & Heat Full Service has a customer for life and many pending referrals to come. My worries are over and I know this company surely has the best interest of the customer. Many thanks to Chris and Air & Heat Full Service.

Engert sent out two men to assess the job, and the two returned later to install it, taking 1 hour. They never gave me an estimate, so I was shocked to receive a bill for $270 in labor costs. I was charged for both visits including drive time, never got an accurate estimate, and had to pay two technicians. I call that bill padding. I contacted Engert on their web site to complain of price gouging. They never responded.
