Super casual - you see grad students, some undergrads, and professors all just taking it easy, usually with a glass of beer in-hand. But I got to say, I was a bit disappointed with the food quality. We ordered: Pita & Dip, the Shroom Platter, fries, & the Classic Club with bacon. The Pita & Dip ($7.55): baked pita with spinach & artichoke dip - the seasoning on the pita was too salty and the pita was overbaked - too dark of a brown and too crunchy. The dip itself was okay though, overall, it wasn't strong enough in flavour to stand out and it was also a bit thicker than I would have wanted. The Shroom Platter ($4.20): It was decent - the ranch flavour definitely adds flavour. The texture was on the wet side because of the mushrooms but it didn't deter from the taste much and from the crunch of the breaded shells. The Classic Club with bacon ($6.50): my friend enjoyed it though it looked small - like it was the size and look of a crustless Dempster's plain white bread with mediocre/cheap tomatoes and deli slices and bacon. The small fries ($2.85 vs $3.95 for large): weren't good - they were on the mushy side - and were cold when we got them. Not enough crunch. I think we came on an off day - service was friendly and accommodating but the food took too long to get to the table. I had to ask about our order twice (the pita & dip wasn't on the table even after we finished the shrooms and half of the sandwich and the fries were forgotten until we inquired about them). I'd give food a 2.5, atmosphere a 4, and service a 4. I'd go here again for the atmosphere and selection of drinks - while the food isn't the best in quality, it is on the cheap side and it's a great and convenient location for Western students, faculty, and staff.

I don't know if the DJ was the same but the music was awesome both of the times, keep the good work!!! This second time a guy had the amazing touch of sending me a drink (thank you!!). This time I arrived too early, people started showing up around 11:30. A bizarre anecdote: a lady approached me, booty bumped me, asked where I was from and left. A cool thing: while dancing a luchador appeared with lights in the shoes.
