Then they'll schedule an appointment, send 1 experienced mover and 3 guys they picked up off of the street and load SOME of your stuff in their trucks. Then with SOME of your stuff loaded, they'll deliver it to its new location. Once there, they'll unload, set it in place, partially assemble the items they fully disassembled, stay until late at night because they didn't plan correctly and then leave without finishing. Then guess what? You get a bill for over $1000 more than the quote. And this is the best part.... You get to hire another company to move the items this company charged you for but didn't move!! The person answering the phone was minimally helpful and couldn't provide any clear information. Our move was only from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment just 8 miles up the road. It should not have taken as long as it did, and it certainly shouldn't have cost as much as it did. Overall, the lack of communication, extreme delay, and high cost made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better service. I hate that we had to leave a 1-Star to post this.
