If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I had technicians come out on Friday and Monday (2 visits)…read morewhen my HVAC wasn't performing correctly. They came on Friday to give a second opinion when a competitor quoted me a $14k complete replacement because my compressor was "dead" and would no longer function because of its age. The tech on Friday correctly diagnosed high superheat, and noted that the compressor was operating within expectations at off-design conditions. A root cause was not identified, but we had good guidance to work from and survive the weekend. On Monday, they came back out to follow up on the poor performance that persisted through the weekend. Despite leading them with the wrong suggested diagnosis, the tech evaluated the problem thoroughly and quickly found the root cause. The A/C was back to normal by Tuesday and will last several more years. Both times, the techs were inquisitive, knowledgeable, and honest. Great service and great values make this company worth your business.

The tenants in my rental property were complaining mid-summer about their bedrooms being hot, so I…read moreread a bunch of reviews and chose BCS Air Solutions to come save the day. They sent a guy out, and he called me with his diagnosis. He proposed to install a fancy thermostat with sensors in each upstairs room. I let him completely finish. Then I said that the last time I was there, I noticed cold air flowing downstairs when only the upstairs thermostat was on. And then the guy said they could fix that by installing new dampers. I said okay and we forgot about the fancy thermostat plan. It must have been all that was needed, because my tenants never complained again. SO - I'm happy that they competently fixed the problem, but I can't give 5 stars when they missed the real problem when diagnosing.

I had a very frustrating experience with Texas Landscape Creations. I waited over two weeks just to…read moreget an appointment, and then another two weeks passed without receiving the estimate I was promised. I called to follow up and was told I would get a call back, but that never happened. I called again asking for the name of the existing shrubs, and was told they couldn't access the information at that time but would call me back. After a third call a few days later, I was finally given the shrub names and told I was "in the system" and should expect a follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate or any follow-up communication. It's disappointing to have someone come to your home, seem helpful in person, and then completely drop off with no follow-through. This situation also set me back on my spring landscaping plans. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Since installation, we have had nothing but problems. They had to come out numerous times for a/c units not working properly-not cooling or turning on. This went on for over a year. We requested replacement but they refused. At one point, one of the units leaked all over my newly painted wall and completely destroyed my floor (new construction). Finally, they discovered that the unit FROM THE MANUFACTURER was defective and had to order parts. In the meantime, we replaced the floor ourselves and repainted the wall. After several attempts at getting the correct part for the repair, they finally got it taken care of. NOW THEY WANT US TO PAY THEM $800 FOR REPAIRS! They sold us a defective unit which cost us heavily in damage and have the nerve to ask us for labor costs! BUYER BEWARE!
