There is a pattern here....It took four weeks to get a technician out to review what we wanted to do. He then told me that I would get an estimate from the owner the week of December 30. I rarely post negative reviews so it should be pretty obvious how poor this business has been to us. They did not finish the installation because they said the chase was not completed, but we finished it to their specs. Next they said it still wasn't finished, though the trim was I place and ready for the cap. Then after all trim and siding, which was not needed, we scheduled again. They did not show. We called back and rescheduled again. Again, they did. Not show. They said they called and talked to the builder. They were talking to the builder, me. Then I told the girl if they did not come. Out and finish the job, I was not going to pay them. Next the manager called and the first he said do we need to come take the fireplace out. Do not use these people. Under any circumstances. You will be sorely disappointed. I am billing them for the delays, and for the time and money cost to have the job done right. They didn't even put in the vent. We hired them to replace a missing chimney cap in June 2019. We paid them to install it. Last week it blew off the chimney. We called to see about getting it put back on. Unsure how good a job was done installing and hoped they might be willing to look at it. They said they could come out for $130! We paid $120 to have it installed in June 2019!! This company does not appear to stand behind their work and perhaps the work they did was not very good. read more

I had them come out for fireplace cleaning. I knew the back panel was cracked and would need repair. Was told I would need all new refractory panels. Ok, I understand. The maker of the fireplace insert has long been out of business. The nice gentleman said there are universal panels that can be cut to fit. Ok, I understand. I called back the following week to inquire about installation. The lady on the phone told me their business didn't have any In stock. She then told me to "google" universal panels but to be sure I measure and get those that are right thickness. Then find someone to cut them and install. Excuse me, but is that not the reason I called a professional fireplace company to begin with. read more

company installed new fireplace did not bring orfice kit to change to burn propane tried setting up time for service never called just showed up and of course no one was at hoe. now they said they are washing their hands of me. this job was fully paid for so that means they are stealing from me and leaving me with a non working fireplace. never repeat never use this company read more

Supposed to have an appointment today for them to come and service and repair my damper that is stuck in the open position. Took over a month and three calls to finally get it scheduled and then they no show so I called and was told I wasn't on the books and they have no recollection of me even calling! Save your $$$$ and find some one else! This kinda service they won't last long hopefully! read more

My pilot was out on my fireplace. It took weeks to get someone out to look at it. They said they would order the part and come back. I called two months later and they'd forgotten or misplaced the work, and nothing was ordered but they said they would do it. Six months after the first visit I am still waiting and going to hire someone else. Terrible customer service. read more

NO STARS but have to give 1 to post Great sales - AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE We purchased several large ticket items from them. One fireplace vent stack was never installed correctly. Finally blew off leaving 6" hole on my roof. Fireplace Etc didn't seam to worried about it. Then when pushed said they would "work us in" but had to service builders first. I am sorry I have potential for real damage and you are chasing the $$$. Look at their google reviews ALL BAD They must monitor FB there are no comments. I would never recommend them and advise you to look elsewhere for a fireplace & garage door company. read more

This company is terrible. I bought a $1500 fireplace screen from them, as they are the only dealer for the brand I wanted. Took them FOUR months to get it, after telling me 3-4 weeks. When I would call and ask about it, they would promise to check on it, and call me back. But they NEVER called back. I would call again, and they'd say "Oh yeah, we were supposed to call you on that...". And then... it was the wrong size!! They measured it wrong. I accepted it anyway, as I had waited so long. When I asked for a partial refund, only 10% for THEIR error, they ignored me. Wrote an email to the owners, ignored me still. Run away, as fast as you can, from this company. read more
