I said " sounds good" he said he'd get the estimate to me and get us on the schedule. 2 weeks later have never heard from them. Called and got a long excuse for delay (no apology). When I mentioned tracks was told they come with the kit and not taking them would only save $25. I'm like "really?" There are several garage door companies in town, all with comparable products/pricing. Take a tip from a small business owner--when you screw up the correct response is: "I am so sorry we dropped the ball on this, Mr. XXXX, be assured we are going to go the extra mile to make up for it.
