Jerry arrived during our pre-planned appointment window. He wore a mask, gloves and removed shoes on our carpet areas. He cleaned up our fireplace fantastically taking the glass apart and getting the area in and around the pilot light (which wasn't lighting up). Jerry did an excellent job and also switched out the on/off switch for a new one and that works great now. I'm totally pleased and confident that Jerry knew exactly what he was doing, even testing the wiring with sensors and such to make sure there weren't any shorts. The cost was very reasonable and I definitely recommend contacting Fireplace Fix for your next fireplace repair. They advised me they also do HVAC repairs and install as well, so I'll call them up if I have an issue in that area as well. Setting up the appointment was a pleasure as well.
