Mike personally inspected the fireplace and made suggestions, including to the work already done by the first company. He is extremely knowledgeable about fire safety, best practices, and probably anything about fireplaces. He and his team left us with a beautifully finished product, including doors and handles to match the tile. Beautiful ending to a rough start. We are super glad we found Mike, Teresa, Steve, et al at FlamePro!

Virginia told me the$150 was a bill for not using enough propane and the $3 was a 'credit card convience fee'. Why coudn't they just fill the half empty tank instead? She said there was no waving this fee or any other fees and I ssould have read their entire contract. Not happy with there 'service' at all. AVOID these sleezters at all costs!
