Multiple times they said they'd come fix the situation and would never show up or reschedule hours after we were supposed to meet. Absolutely terrible communication. Submitted complaint to the BBB as well and still no resolution. So now, 15 months after the initial payment, I'm having to come out of pocket to pay another company to do the work they were already paid to do. Do not recommend.

I made one call to Maner, and from that point on, the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The replacement windows were ordered promptly, and a few weeks later, their scheduler contacted me to arrange the installation. Everyone I dealt with--from the customer service representative I initially spoke with, to the scheduler, to the gentleman who came out to replace the windows--was courteous, helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. A special shout-out to the window fitter who came to our home. He was friendly and professional, and called ahead each time he had to come out to give me an update on when he would be at the house. He did a fantastic job, and was patient with my pushy dogs. It's refreshing to experience this level of customer service. It was a pretty large project and I'm a pretty picky person, so I wanted to be sure that I was getting the best quality at a fair price. They did a FANTASTIC job! They built a pretty large double tier retaining wall in a steep slope, leveled the top part of the yard to make it usable, graded the entire backyard, brought in sod, ran irrigation, filled the beds with soil for my garden, and pinestrawed a very large area. I was impressed with their attention to detail, their professionalism, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, their communication. The owner went above and beyond to answer every question and thoroughly communicate every step of the way. He also offered several recommendations mid-project that I'm glad he brought up because they really added to the final appearance and functionality. Their policy is to collect payment first, then they tell you the date the can install the granite. I asked via text how long it would take for service completion after remitting payment; they said one week (via text). A few minutes after they processed the payment, I get a call telling me service will be complete on 3/26 (longer than a week). I tried to ak why is the timeline changing. The person on the phone cut me off telling me he was not going to be questioned or disrespected and that he could give me a refund, as he continued to cut me off. I texted to issue a refund, which they have not issued. I called my card company to monitor the account to issue a dispute. Between the bait and switch tactic this company uses to try to trap you to do business with them, the disrespect and unprofessionalism, and sloppy business dealings (i.e. texting the other customer's invoices to me), I would stay as far away as possible from this company.

During the installation around my Jacuzzi spa tub, they jacked up the tub to the point where they broke all the jets on the sides of the tub. Didn't know until after I paid and finished the project to find all the jets broken and leaking. When I called to complain, they took no responsibility and blamed the tile contractor who didn't do anything in jacking up tub and installing the granite. But they promised to have supervisor call me...no call. When I called again and asked to speak with Carl, they said he is an absentee owner. ( Guess he makes so much money he has retired and lets the clowns run the business). Im tired of people from the whitehouse to the local granite company blaming other people.
