Service was great. I forgot to get her name but she was friendly. Got my sandwich quick. My husband and I shared the turkey bacon ranch. But I swap the turkey with grilled chicken. Hey Travis, I feel your two employees working today deserve a raise for sure or another person working to help out with their stacked online orders. As we walked into the restaurant that only had two other people waiting to order the young lady working was extremely polite and prompt to inform us it may be a bit of a wait. We aren't doing anything crazy today and super craving our favorite sandwich the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, so we are definitely willing to wait the 20-30 mins for our food. While waiting here we observed the two employees busting butt to manage the stack of online orders and the amount of customers that started pouring in wanting to order. Both employees stayed calm and professional keeping customers informed of how slammed they are. The restaurant itself is extremely clean, noise level is what you'd expect, and they had golf playing on the tv to keep customers entertained while they waited. Kudos to these two Sunday employees, I hope in the future you two have someone else to help out or a raise to make it worth how crazy it can get. read more

New favorite sub place! This is my second time at this location, and this has easily become one of my favorite places in Utah. I am a big fan of their hot sandwiches. The manager, Chad, and the team are really nice and had some great recommendations. Even though it's hot outside, I enjoyed a smokehouse beef and cheddar sub and a chicken dumpling soup. Also got a pickle with my sub. I look forward to coming back and trying new items. It's a quiet and relaxing place to have lunch. For Pokemon Go fans there are some stops near by. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Firehouse Subs location. What appeared to be the "manager," named Travis, was very loud and unprofessional throughout my visit. He was constantly calling his teenage employees over to show them videos or tiktoks on his phone, while several customers -- including myself and about seven others -- were waiting for our orders. It was uncomfortable to watch the young employees try to stay focused while their supposed leader was being so distracting. I genuinely felt bad for them if that's the kind of example they're being shown in one of their first jobs. On top of that, Travis did not look the part of a manager -- his uniform was messy and sloppy, and he seemed to have little concern for the waiting customers or the image of the restaurant. His behavior was loud, obnoxious, and completely inappropriate for someone in a leadership role. If this is the standard of management being allowed, it's going to drive people away from this location. I truly hope corporate addresses this before it becomes a reputation problem for the brand. read more

there was one employee who never smiled and was incredibly rude to customers. i asked a simple question and was met with a death stare and an attitude that made me feel like i was bothering her. i don't appreciate being treated that way, and i can't understand how someone can be so unfriendly without even greeting customers or asking how their day is. the floors were dirty, and the restaurant felt uncomfortable because it was completely silent except for the soda machine and refrigerators running. it definitely didn't feel welcoming. the food itself tasted good, but the wait was 25-30 minutes because they were out of so much food. overall, the service and atmosphere really took away from the experience. i would not recommend this place. read more

We ordered online and had a disappointing experience. About 15 minutes after placing the order, I called the store to ask how I'd know when it was ready. The employee on the phone wasn't very helpful and said you just come in after about 15 minutes and hope it's ready. When I arrived to pick up the food, the drink machine had no ice and the Cherry Limeaid (their signature drink) was out. Once we got home, we noticed that 2 of the 3 sandwiches were supposed to have onions but didn't--so we're assuming they were out, though no one mentioned it. We went in and ordered about 8:25 last night. We wanted stay, even though the tables were dirty. We were told that we had to had to order "to go" because they closed at 9:00. We sat and waited for 20 minutes even though there were no other customers ahead of us. We waited at a dirty table listening to the two girls talk about their personal life and boyfriend drama like they were in junior high. They were clearly feeling zero urgency to provide our food that we just paid for. We don't live close, so we ended up eating our cold, sub-standard sandwiches at home. I ordered online and it was smooth and easy! My sandwiches were ready when I arrived. When we got home I was so excited. They were in boxes which I didn't expect, so often restaurants wrap sandwiches in tinfoil and they are smashed. But I was pleasantly surprised! My sandwich was amazing. I think it was a combination of me feeling super hungry and the sandwich absolutely hitting the spot. Turkey bacon ranch with lettuce and I think it was American cheese (melted)! Placed a mobile order via Grubhub. The initial confirmation email said the expected wait was 15-35 mins. After the email there was no further contact from Firehouse subs or Grubhub. After 30 minutes we called, and they said the order had been ready for some time. I went to go pick it up and had to wait at the counter for another 5 minutes while the employees wrapped up their conversations in the back. When I finally got to my sandwich it was cold, stale, and sopping wet. This is absolutely ridiculous for a sandwich that costs $13+. On top of all that, the prep area and dining area were very dirty and unkept, but its a sandwich shop not an operating room so whatever. read more

Want a hot sun sandwich, then come here. I enjoyed the bbq Cuban sandwich. It was so amazing and it hit the right spots. It was busy for sure but they were on top of it. They got got the food out quickly and it was hot and fresh. This is just nice place to go eat lunch and relax and see the cool decor they have. It is made by blue collar firehouse men. Ordered two full subs for my first ever visit to firehouse subs. Worst ever order online. Waited 20 minutes beyond my order finish time. Between my two subs ordered I got a mix of the item between themselves. That's not good when you hate jalapeños and mushrooms and you get them in what could have been yours and half of your meets to your club go to the other suv and you only come out with turkey. There's something special about these sandwiches that always makes me want to come back again and again. Is it the service? Maybe-every time I go in here, I'm greeted "welcome to firehouse" and the employees make eye contact and smile. That goes a long way. Is it the quick ordering and turnaround of getting my meal? Perhaps-I don't have to wait long before my sandwich-made to my liking-is ready. Or is it the sandwich itself? Very likely-it's always been so SO good-the warm meat, the finely shredded lettuce and the fresh bread-it all makes for a fantastic combination. I also love the branding. I should have known to turn around as soon as I saw the overflowing trashcan in the middle of the food prep area, but my wife was really excited to get a hot sandwich. We ordered two medium sandwiches and then watched the three teens inside proceed to play catch with a wad of tape for 5 or so minutes. When we finally got our sandwiches they were cold. I didn't want to eat a cold cheesesteak. I'm absolutely baffled at how awful an experience this was. I may as well have taken my $20 bill and threw it in the gutter. If you're planning on eating in the restaurant, the ambience is of loose chairs and crumbs all over tables. Why wipe down tables when you can just joke around with your friends at work? I have family that are career long fire dept. so I enjoy supporting Fire Fighters whenever I can! Sadly, todays visit to this location was just...average. I usually get the brisket sub every time. It's my go-to, but here the bread was stale, the meat like warm, and it just felt like they'd reduced the amount compared to previous visits. We find ourselves going back here because the food is so fresh, delicious, and you can choose to make it healthier or more calories. I just walked out, with no sandwich. THAT is how bad their customer service is and how much I wanted to leave. I would rather not eat than wait, even longer. We are a firefighter family so I thought this would be fun to try. First time so I was a little confused on where to order. I approach the cashier, who seemed annoyed and ordered ONE 4 inch cold Turkey sandwich. I pay and then get my drink and chips. After 10 minutes, and the girl who paid after me had her sandwich and left, I asked if I had missed my order. They said no and that she was online order (okay - cool). He said, "not you, him." And pointed at the man that had just walked in, with his online order. I think they must prioritize online ordered and in person orders get pushed back. customer service is horrible, employees are rude, and for some reason can never get an order correct.

This location is a complete mess. They have no idea what they're doing when it comes to taking orders over the phone/web/in person. No one was paying attention to the web orders that came in, so when they were taking walk up orders, those people were put at the head of the line. When they realized they had a long line of orders that came in, they freaked out and told everyone it was an extra 15 minutes because of an influx of orders. I put mine in at 12:20, to be expected for pick up at 12:35, and finally got it around 12:50. Overall, they seemed very unorganized and unapologetic for any additional wait. Came in to pick up an online order at 6:45pm on 2/2/23. Several customers in the store and only 1 male employee working. The one young man working was making all the sandwiches. Another taller young man was standing at the register. There were three female employees, standing around drinking Swig, talking loudly with each other. Then they started running around, hiding in the bathrooms, yelling through the doors and banging on the bathroom doors. It looked as though one girl had taken another girl's phone. It seemed pretty wild that several people were waiting for their orders and these girls didn't have a care about the customers at all. It was pretty off putting. None of them had name tags on, but the only kid actually working asked "Evelyn" if he could take his break. I'm not sure any of those girls should be in charge if you expect customers to stick around. Gave two stars because of the one kid working who did a great job on my sandwich. The difference is, they STEAM THE MEAT. Great place to stop by with the family or friends for a sandwich that is much better than other fast food joints. The menu is really easy to read, and the pictures help out a bunch. They have good options for kids, and mine mixing up a crazy drink at the soda dispenser.
