I love a good noodle dish, and the Palabok Fiesta was a surprising treat. Great flavours and textures, with well cooked noodles. The chicken drumstick was truly excellent. Crispy on the outside, and juicy within, perfectly cooked. The Peach/Mango Pie gave me 70's McDonald's flashbacks, but it was delicious, and much better than Ronald's pies. The Pineapple Quencher was sublime, but needed some rum. Jolibee is a juggernaut, and it is easy to see why. This was the cleanest fast food restaurant I have seen in ages.
