Don't go! Stopped by today to get a basic turkey sub. Specifically said no onions since onions is on the basic fixings and then just cucumbers. Simple right? The girl making the sandwich put onions AND black olives. She blamed the register guy and he told her to look at the ticket. No one is taking responsibility. She goes to remake it and I had to repeat my order 3 more times. Finally got it. Get in my car. I pick up the first sandwich a there's so much turkey on it and it falls right off the tiny bread. It was overly stuffed as if she wanted to ruin it. Took a bits and stuffed it back but gave up on it. Move on to the other half and there is a fkn bug on it! It's put in box and bag before it's out the door and I went from the front door a few steps to my car. The bug got on the inside the shop! $21 down the dam drain! I'm starving and just wanted a sandwich. You all are awful!

6/10/24: Firehouse has really tanked. Super small sandwiches for high prices. Our 'medium' sandwiches were barely finger sandwich size. I would give 0 stars if I could. This chain has gone down hill and at this point not only would I not recommend this location, but I would not recommend any Firehouse Subs.

This was my Firehouse Steak and Cheese I ordered 5/15/23. It is exactly how I opened the box. Paper was sitting on top of the sandwich.

I went to Firehouse on 5/15 around 4:00pm. To give back story: I was the only guest and there were 3 associates. They were friendly. As I ordered my 3 sandwiches, the girl who rang me up was the same person who made all three sandwiches. As the girl was making my sandwich, the other two were loudly complaining about another manager and what is or is not there job duties. Their language was very colorful and they did not care if a customer was in the store. When I got home I opened the monstrosity the is attached. This was absolutely horrible. It looked like the girl tried to make a small sandwich fit into a large bun. Then there were no toppings that come with the typical sandwich. By this time I was livid, because I drove home and had this crap sitting in front of me. I had no time to take it back. So, I left a complaint on the Firehouse website and asked for a call back. I also called the store to get the store manager's name and schedule so I could call. The employee said her name might be LuLu (she thinks). And that she is training at another store. Fast Forward to 5/16. I called the corporate offices and was told that there was nothing they could do except let the store know. I called the store and asked if I could speak with LuLu and was told that she wasn't here. The associate then passed the phone on to the assistant manager Tabitha. She asked if she could help. I politely said I would rather talk with LuLu. Tabitha then said in a short tone, "She will be back Monday." I said thank you and Tabitha just hung up. No good-bye just dial tone. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE! Against my better judgement I went to the Firehouse closest to me instead of traveling to the Smoky Hill and Aurora Pkwy store. NEVER Again. These stores are individually owned and operated. Steer clear of this one.

Sandwiches 100% real good. Staff are legit friendly and they get it done. 100% underrated no cap fr fr on god. Literally everywhere in the US is facing a labor shortage, so y'all don't be salty.

Italian n it was delicious. 2nd half spiked with Captain Sorensen's Datil pepper hot sauce was even better.

It's pretty competitive market in Denver when it comes to sub sandwiches and especially when i m having a cheat day, I gotta have something outstanding. Viola, Firehouse sub it is. It was my 2nd time trying it and was glad that I by-passed others and drove that extra mile to get here. Today's pick was Hero sandwich on wheat and with the slice of pickles and assorted sauces to complement my sub, I was very happy to have this as my cheat meal. As usual, I enjoyed the mayo and mustard that came with the sandwich and finished up with the sweet and hot bbq sauce. I had to mop up this great tasting sauces using the bread I want gonna eat. Hey.... I know it is a cheat meal but don't have to eat all the bread. Thanks to marvelously delicious sauces, didn't have much bread throw away. It I was at the subway, I would had no problem throwing away the bottom piece of bread. By the way, staff always greet you with "welcome to firehouse" and... they will bring you the meal to your table. I forget the guys name bit he was very polite and courteous. Taste, quality, service, character. .. i wouldn't mine paying bit more for great subs. What shall I try next time? .... hmmm... decisions decisions...

If you like warm subs this is a great place. Huge salads as well. Better than your average "sub" place.

Good subs but @ almost $30 for 2 meals and a kids meal. Bit too much. Think we'll stick with Jimmy Johns

Service was terrible - took 20 min to get two subs. 3 employees were doing side work while one new guy was working on the subs.

If I could I would leave zero stars and I hardly ever take the time to write up negative reviews…read more It was my first time in to Santortas (and will be my last) and what a disappointment. I have enjoyed Tortas before (not here) so I was expecting a decent sammy. It was 30min before closing time so I tried to be quick with ordering. I asked the girl at the register what their most popular Torta was, and I was immediately met with a "deer in the headlights " look. She didn't give a clear answer and I could see there was a language barrier, so I just pointed to the Güera (chicken breast) and specifically asked for no mayo or onions. I wanted to dine in but also wanted to be considerate of closing, so I took my order ToGo. At home and two bites in, I realized I got the wrong sandwich! What should've been chicken I discovered some bad cheese, mayo and a hot dog (ick!). Something I absolutely did not want. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. $23 down the drain and an evening of being sick was so not worth it!

I chose the torta borracha with steak, ham and cheese . It sure was good. I wish it had more steak but nonetheless it was a pretty good size sandwich My only recommendation is to either do numbers or names at the register. The poor girl is very soft spoken and gets frustrated because she just says "your order is ready" but if you have more than 1 client there and you really need to get their attention, a name would be the best way to call out an order.

The bread to meat ratio was completely off, I wish I had a picture but you got almost 3x bread compared to the sandwich insides. The wedding soup was so lack luster - no flavor whatsoever. Meat was clearly pressed and frozen and the noodles overcooked to mush. If that wasnt enough to keep us from going back, the breakfast was. Pictured is the $10 breakfast burrito. Has microwaved everything in it. We watched the guy put everything in a bowl, microwave, slap it on a tortilla and microwave again. Nothing was fresh, nothing was even semi-homemade about it. I am incredibly disappointed to have wasted away money on something like this but I guess you don't know if you don't try.

This one's got a cozy, small-town vibe, tucked between other shops with plenty of seating both inside and outside. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and a friendly "Welcome in!" The staff here are genuinely nice and make you feel at home. Of course, I had to get my go-to: The Bronx Bomber: pastrami, egg salad, spicy mustard, Cajun sauce(my add on always) on both sides, pumpernickel bread, lettuce, tomato, and thin-sliced red onion. Absolute perfection. This sandwich always slaps. My coworkers saw it and immediately asked, "Where did you get that?" Told them straight up -- Mainstreet Parker, Heidi's got another location. Every bite takes me back to the NYC delis I grew up with and miss dearly. If you're craving a legit New York-style deli sandwich with flavor that hits every time (and comes with potato salad or chips), this is the spot. A must-try; and trust me, once you do, you'll keep coming back!

They used to be my favorite sandwich shop hands-down, but it's obviously changed since they've expanded. The turkey didn't seem like it was roast turkey that was shredded anymore. It tasted and felt like something out of a can. There was a smell to the stuffing that I couldn't swallow. I literally had it throw it in the trash. It felt like there's no heart in it. It's just really disappointing because they were my all-time favorite shop when I lived in Vegas. I mean they're far away from my house so I think I had to pay an extra $10 an Uber eats delivery fees, and I didn't need a single bite. It was beyond bad. It was gross like it felt like there was something spoiled in it. This is not an issue of a bad order, but an issue of something that tasted like it was going to make me sick. Sadly, I will never be visiting in Capriotti's again. I wish I could get a refund. It was truly vile, whatever was in there. And I'm not a normal reviewer. First visit to this location. And I hadn't had Capriotti's in a looooong time. They have FRIES now! Woohoo! They're FLAT. Which is interesting. Capriotti's doesn't have gluten-free bread. The nice lady said that they're working on it. She offered me a choice of a cup or lettuce. I decided on the cup. And ordered fries because no carbs from bread. Win-win! She also gave me a small discount, because I wasn't getting bread. That was so nice! I decided to try the Impossible cheesesteak. Oooh. It needed more cheese, but I got mushrooms, onions, and sweet peppers. It was served in a cup. I have to admit, that was pretty funny. I doused everything with Cholula. Yum!!! I ordered a medium, and couldn't finish it. I have gluten-free baguettes and wraps at home, so that's why I got a medium instead of a small. Did finish all the fries. While they aren't my favorite, they were good. I really prefer greasy, crispy crinkle fries. But these weren't dry. Just lacked real flavor. It's a nice, clean space, much like Highlands Ranch. It's right next to Carrera's, near Pinterest. I hope that they do add a gluten-free option soon! Eating a cheesesteak from a cup just wasn't the same, lol.
