It smelled lightly of essential oils, mediation music played gently in the background as the a night sky of lights twinkled softly above. Tiffany was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I still can't get over how great my skin looks and feels. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone and will be returning! The only reason I did not give five stars is I've had facial balancing done in the past and unfortunately ended up very imbalanced with one of my brows dropping significantly and my lip filler was placed I think a little to superficially so it gave the appearance of slight blistering after a couple weeks. I did have laser done as well that and that went very well! I will absolutely be returning to Bella for all my skincare needs for sure! The office itself is so clean and really beautiful. The staff are all wonderful and so welcoming.

The customer service here was top notch! Very kind & attentive staff and the environment is super cozy. Facials are a regular indulgence for me but I have to say, this was by far the best one I've ever had! The treatment I received was very relaxing (even through extractions!) and included a peaceful shoulder and hand massage that came as a pleasant surprise! You can tell that McKensie really takes pride in what she does, it honestly felt like I had been a client of hers forever! I left feeling rejuvenated & am looking forward to returning again soon! The owner was also in the spa & was extremely sweet & knowledgeable.

The Skinbar is my happy place in Brentwood…read more Last time I went in for a facial, I thought I was just having a cup of coffee. I'm still new to this area, and found myself wandering in circles when my GPS died. I was getting hangry, and since it was almost lunch time, I figured I would stop in to the Perch for coffee and a crepe. Lunch was very tasty, and after I was finished I realized that the Skinbar and the Perch were connected. I started browsing the adorable little boutique filled with fancy skin creams and cute clothing, and a lovely woman named Danielle mentioned that she had an opening for a facial. Perfect timing! Danielle suggested the exact services that would benefit my skin, and customized the session to my needs. What exact services? I couldn't tell you because I was so chilled out I fell asleep halfway through. All I know is, when I woke up, my skin was gorgeous. I am a big fan of the Skinbar, and will be back to let Danielle work her magic soon!

I also love the power facials but my favorite is the 75 minute facialiscious- extra face massage plus arms and feet! What a treat- in fact I love them more than many of the full body massages I've gotten in my life. The shop is beautiful and showcases their line of products, which you may like to purchase for yourself or others. I use the eye cream, vitamin c concentrate, skin boost serum , mint chapsticks, deluxe face kream lite and the hydradew mask. These products last a long time and I feel like I'm doing good things for my face. The owners and staff here always take great care of me and I'm so glad to have found out about this place. I highly recommend it, will continue to come here and truly believe you'll love it too. Treat your self and your face!

Ashley did my massage and was wonderful. Chloe took care of Makayla, and Jerrica did Madi's massage. All three of us agreed that our massages were excellent, and we would absolutely recommend each of them. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five was an issue with the complimentary sauna. When we scheduled our appointments, and again when we arrived, we were specifically told we could use the sauna after our massages. We were really looking forward to relaxing there together afterward, but when we finished, we discovered it had already been shut down. We were told the manager had turned it off so the spa could close about an hour early. That was disappointing, especially since we had confirmed twice that we would be able to use it after our appointments. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience. The spa was lovely, the atmosphere was relaxing, and Ashley, Chloe, and Jerrica were all fantastic. We would definitely return for massages if we're back in Dickson!

Before the treatment even started, I was explained by the sales rep during one of their events this is perfect for event nights. I specifically booked the appointment when I had an important event. ! clearly told the provider which skincare products I use--including Vitamin C and Obaji (products they sell themselves)--and was told it was fine. I was given no meaningful pre-care guidance, which is completely unacceptable for a treatment involving active ingredients. The treatment itself was shockingly aggressive and painful. This was not "slightly uncomfortable"--it was a 9/10 pain level, with my eyes tearing throughout. She started with what said was was gently washing my face which already felt like exfoliation and abrasive. Based on everything I've since seen and read, this is not how this treatment is supposed to be performed. I even watched a live demo of this and it looked effortless. This young 21 year old they had made it feel like I was in the Korean spa getting my first layer of skin sloshed off. It felt careless and improperly executed, incredibly abrasive and aggressive. Nothing like a massage. Immediately afterward, my face was covered in red bumps and blotchy irritation. I had an event the same evening, she said I would be fine. My skin looked significantly worse than before I walked in. Instead of improving my skin, this treatment visibly damaged it. To make matters worse, the only aftercare I was given was a faded, barely legible printout, and I was quickly ushered out the door with no real explanation. Nothing except a piece of paper. Is this how you treat human beings when you should be the expert? No one took the time to properly walk me through what to expect or how to care for my skin after such an aggressive procedure. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, training, and basic client care. Between the poor communication, disregard for the products I was using, and the way the treatment was performed, I do not feel this service was done safely or correctly. While the clinic did respond after I complained, that does not undo the experience or the condition my skin was left in. I would strongly caution others before booking this service here. I have reason to believe that the "nurse" performing this named Isabelle seemed very inexperienced. I should also mention that this was hard to book this appointment as they had no one on staff to do it on the day I needed it and then suddenly they had someone with a lot of 'expertise' on hand to do it. I think I was her first patient and she had clearly no idea what she is doing. Also they offered me a release form to sign as they know they did something wrong. I should also add that when speaking to the owner about this she seemed careless, stood behind her staff and dismissed all of my complaints as issues. They offered contradictory info, between when I bought this package and when out I tried to book it. They are all about selling, not actually following thru on what they sell.
