I was pretty hesitant going into it just because I didn't know what to expect. Jane walked me through the process as she was going through the motions and it definitely helped me relax a bit better than someone just saying "okay, lay down and close your eyes!" haha! She gave me tips on how to keep my lashes looking good and even said if I have questions on if certain products are okay to use, that I could just reach out and she would help me figure out if they would be harmful or harmless towards the lashes. She washed my hair, (and gave me the best scalp massage ever), got me combed out, and got started. When she asked me before she started cutting if "this" was a good length, I told her I wanted it shorter. She reminded me that with curly hair, it would draw up some once dried. The length she put her hand to show me as exactly where I wanted it to fall. My cut came out amazing!! I love when my stylists LISTENS to what I want, and knows what to do to achieve that look. While she may be young in the experience, she gave me exactly what I wanted! I 10/10 recommend her! You won't regret it. She has also colored my hair and I LOVE it! She always listens to my wants!
