I'm new to the area, so I messaged a few places. Refreshing massage called me back within minutes and made a same day appointment. A few minutes in, she suggested adding 30 minutes to my 1 hour massage (yes, I'm aware it's an upsell), and I agreed. To her credit, she spent close to 45 minutes in my head, neck and shoulders to ensure most of the knots were worked out. Amy is an angel. She uses Google translate to ensure you can communicate your needs to her, and is very professional and skilled. I highly recommend this establishment. By the next morning, I went from an 8/10 on the pain scale to a 1/10. Such a blessed relief!!

The reception area was cozy and inviting and the massage room was beautifully zen as was every area throughout. The music was soothing and the massage table coverings were luxurious. Lisa provides an additional nice touch by having an adjustable temperature controlled heater on the table, so never too warm nor cold. I scheduled a 90 minute massage with and was not disappointed. I greatly appreciated the total silence which allowed me to relax and settle into the awareness of my breath and fully experience the wonderful massage provided. Lisa applied just the right amount of pressure, focused on areas of concern and was very professional. I am so thrilled to have found The Vibe Room. You will not be disappointed!

Pros: Availability. This spa is in Manchester, so they had good availability. Wendy was definitely good at what she does! Randi has fabulous customer service. Later hours for us worker bees. Cons: Very low budget salon for such extremely high rates. Serious upselling to the point of discomfort for services, but no products in store because no one can afford to stock them. A little arrogant about how much better and more ethical she is over any other esthetician. Overall, I can't say I wouldn't return if the price was reasonable, but I get the same procedure in the Boro for $50 at a high end place now that would cost me $100 in Manchester at a small salon without any pressure to buy more services, but still happy to educate for when I'm ready.

We also were told we would get complementary gift bags up to a $30 value and one $50 value for the bride. We all got the same thing which was 1 bath bomb. Our massage therapist was Brandy, she put our feet between her legs then proceeded to hip thrust, stating "Look no hands" which was very distasteful. Two of our girls had never had a massage before and were told she "just popped their massage cherry". We were given Sports style massages for a relaxing bachelorette trip. We are all sore, in pain, and dissatisfied. We called and informed the owner (Laurén) about what had happened and were given only a $150 refund (which is $30 each when we paid $120 each) The owner was very nice but Marie (the booking manager) made us feel like it was our fault we didn't speak up and said that those styles and techniques are normal and to be expected for a relaxing massage. We honestly thought we got pranked until reality set in. We are not the type to normally complain but I booked this as a relaxing weekend for my bridal party and we are leaving worse off than when we came, most of us are going to get real massages back home because we are so sore and have cricks in our necks. I'm sure there are better therapist employed here but Brandy did not meet our expectations.
