Lately I've just been going in for the baked goods. My daughter seems to love them and I love to spoil her Barbie. The owner is awesome so is her husband they work together and run the business very well. I love this little café. One of my top 2 restaurants in Anaconda! Food: is always fresh, hot and amazing! The taco soup today was just heavenly with a fresh, home made and warm roll. Ambience: cutely decorated, spacious and impeccably clean. Desserts: oh my gosh! So many, such variety and all so good! I always take a box full home. Finally! After a year long wait I was able to enjoy the Firefly Cafe. It is a darling little eatery inside the same building as the casino, but separated, and across from the brewery. The inside space is quite cozy and warm, and as you can see from my recent picture of the interior, very festive as well! I ordered to go and got the special for the day and prime rib sandwich. Both were quite good and the sides of a house salad and red bean soup were great as well. My food was packaged neatly in cardboard takeout containers. Of course I never skip dessert- and neither should you! The walnut fudge brownie is to *die* for. Absolutely phenomenal. The paratrooper was good too, it's butterscotch and chocolate heavy but not overly so. Lovely place and lovely people! I can't wait to sit down and eat in one day. read more

And my son and I ordered the noodle bowl and ban mi. And both were delicious! And we both laughed at that those were probably not typical. But very good. The place is busy! So order ahead. Decided to randomly stop here and explore this little Montana town on my drive from Denver to Seattle. This place was definitely cute with small town charm and a no nonsense waitress/owner. Came in and it looked like they had a huge space for patrons. They also had a huge array of desserts that looked amazing that I would have loved to try (but this darn diet wouldn't allow me). They had a great menu and I ended up deciding to order a cobb salad and went with the 'whole' size. I thought the salad was a bit pricey at $14 but that was before it came. When the salad came I was pleasantly surprised to see it was HUGE. They gave tons of fresh greens and romain and loaded it with all the usuals for a cobb salad. They did NOT skimp on ingredients which was highly appreciated. Overall, this was a perfect salad and hit the spot right on. Locals also seemed to love it. Overall I probably would give this closer to 4.5/5. Ambiance was a little lacking, but hey what can you really expect from a small town like this in Montana. Keep up the great work here and next time I swing through I'll definitely be trying those desserts. read more

What a delightful lunch stop on our way back from the Tetons. A bit off the freeway and definitely worth the detour. It looks a bit odd from the outside as it shares a building with a gambling establishment. Don't be fooled. Go in and have amazing tomato basil soup. You'll need to order 1/2 portions as they are generous and you need to save room for homemade dessert. The owner/chef has a passion for food and it shows in every bite. read more

Probably the best thing about this restaurant is the waitress! Personable, knowledgeable, obviously likes her job. When she wasn't waiting on customers she was cleaning. Hubs had half bbq sandwich with house salad and I had half bahn mi sandwich with cabbage salad. Very tasty, not at all expected in small town off the freeway. Dense, thick chocolate brownies for dessert that we took half with us. read more
