Dr. Gavin just retired last month and we are going to miss her! My son Matthew was so sad to her go. Matt has autism and so transitions are tough for him. She has compassion for her patients and she gave great medical care. Before she left Dr. Gavjin gave us a referral to Dr. Eric Matsumoto and we had an excellent first appt. Cant recommend! We ordered taco salads. The bar tender brought 2 plates mounded with lovely fresh lettuce, a few chips crumbled and a couple black beans. No meat, cheese. We asked the bartender / server to return the salads to the kitchen for the appropriate toppings as shown on the menu. He returned them with minimal additions, some sort of chili type "meat" and a bad attitude. We expect better for a salad costing ~$14. read more

Great pizza, was very glad when I found out Colville actually has a fire oven pizza option now. I'll keep coming back. Only reason it isn't a 5 star review is because the pizzas seem inconsistent at times. I love a good char on a pizza, but a couple times the crust has been far to charred, almost burnt. It was likely due to brick not being cleaned between order or just left in for a bit to long. read more

We stopped in to break up our Spokane to Republic trip and were SO pleased with their beer (plus we grabbed a bomber of the imperial IPA to go. Definitely enjoyed that when we got done plowing a foot of snow). Might even argue Fired Up is the best option for craft beer in Colville/Kettle Falls!! We shared a wood fire pizza, also delicious; and the server was super sweet and attentive. Excited to go back this spring when the patio/yard is open! read more

Good, diverse selection of well-executed beers. The Double IPA was great, with the house-IPA being too malty for my tastes (almost amber in color and somewhat low in hop aroma) Couple of Pizzas I tried were great - thin, crispy crusts from the pizza oven (a pretty decent gluten-free crust to boot). I am not pleased, you call and they put you on hold often times 10-15 mins and then they hang up and when you call back they have turned off the phones. Chewelah location however you can call anytime and order when they answer. They don't place you on hold like Colville does. After the third time of this happening we took screenshots while the phone was just sitting on the bar and I could hear them shooting the shit with people. No food is worth this. And worst I'm not going to the Chewelah location either because I'm not supporting a company that has this kind of customer service. I can not be the only person this happens too consistently. And don't bother ordering a delivery order in the evening you will hear things like maybe we deliver not sure another ten minutes on hold you find out the answer. The three of us went in Friday, January 3. One visit in 2019 had been fun. Really wonderful beverages; something for everyone. I love the Pend Oreille Pale Ale but it was a bit early to enjoy a beer; lunch time. I ordered 3-large pizzas knowing we'd be taking some quantity home. The bartender/host was upbeat, welcoming, attentive and the young man in the kitchen jumped right on getting the pizza out quickly. The underside of the pizza had that nice char and outer crust edge made a good pulling device. Unfortunately however, the sum of cheese overwhelmed and saturated the pies with oil. On two of the three, that we all shared, only the taste of cheese was apparent. It was disappointing and a $55.00 bill to boot. But here's why the positive five star review. Acknowledging the downside of an overly generous use of cheese and noting that we were leaving two large pizzas, with apology and humility we were given a gift certificate for the value of the two pies we left there. Mistakes happen, and I suspect the cook was being generous and was then surprised by the unintended consequence. We hope our episode proved instructive for the kitchen. All these folks had good intentions, clearly. But it's the way Fired Up handled the occurrence that was, to our minds, simply top drawer. We will return, and we will share the positive review of the customer support hoping it's well-received in the Yelp community and in Colville. Our opinion of Fired-Up has only been enhanced by this. read more

The best beer and pizza in town! Now more than half the beers are made in house with more to come. From the lighter blonds to stouts and IPAs it's available. The food here is incredible too. The fresh made pizzas are quickly cooked under very high heat resulting in a chewy/crispy/slightly charred crust covered in various mouth watering toppings including pepperoni, steak and onion, and chicken Caesar. Add a salad (big enough for two) and it's quite the meal. Menu items are being added all the time - a recent one being really good buffalo wings. Indoor and outdoor seating in a somewhat industrial looking decor. Picnic tables and a couple of plank bars give you a place to sit and sample. Great place to meet folks from all over. First thing first - the beer was great! My husband loved the IPAs and I (not a big beer drinker) liked the Lager and Blonde. The service was EXCELLENT. They had good safety measures in place to promote safe socializing. The patio was awesome to sit on and enjoy our afternoon. We tried a pizza and that was delicious, too! I'm from Olympia and hosted a 20 person dinner here for a work meeting. It was fantastic! The food was fast and delicious. The service was great! I took my daughter to lunch and ordered a pizza to share. The pizza was not ready until an hour later. Since my daughter was on her lunch hour we had to box it up and leave so she could get back to work. When I asked the server about it taking so long she was rude and said "oh well it happens". I moved 20 miles outside of Colville last year and shortly after discovered Fired Up Brewing and have been visiting there 2x-3x a week ever since. This small family run and family friendly brewpub is a real gem! During pre and hopefully post COVID-19, they have free BINGO on Tuesdays, Trivia Wednesday's all with prizes! They also have scheduled live music and other activities. It's a great place to watch sports as well! With additional outside seating, free games for adults & children plus a pet friendly outside area, there is no wonder this is the place to go for regulars and those passing through town as well. The staff really appreciate their customers and go out of their way to make everyone's visit a special one. All their fantastic draft beers are made on premise and can also be taken to go in 22 oz bottles or growlers. They even grow their own fresh hops just down the road! If you are so inclined, they also have wine and cider! Happy hour prices Sunday's-Thursday's too! They have food specials as well as their regular menu of pizza, steaks, soup, sandwiches, wings, spaghetti, salads etc..... and something you won't find anywhere else in Colville...SUSHI all day on Saturdays! They're freshly made to order and absolutely wonderful! With a relatively small versatile staff it can get busy at times and although rare, there can be the occasional problem as with any business. If there is, just let your server know and they will bend over backward to make it right. They can't fix a problem if they aren't aware of one! If you leave this place hungry, thirsty or unhappy it's your fault! My only complaint is that they aren't open 24x7! Lol! With the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19), Fired Up Brewing is still open and have both beer and food to go via pick-up or free local delivery ...even beer! This virus is hard on all area small businesses but the residents of Colville are faithfully supporting Fired Up Brewing so they will still be here when our lives go back to normal. Guess you could say I'm now a loyal customer and once you visit there you will be too! When you visit don't forget to tip your servers who worked during these difficult times of COVID-19 to serve their customers and keep Fired Up Brewing open!...... Second time here with similar experience. They simply under cook their pizza which means a soggy, doughy, wet pizza with under cooked toppings. It's s shame because this has potential to be a decent pizza if they'd just keep it in the oven long enough. Crust should be charred on the bottom. Cheese should be melted and bubbly and slightly browned in spots. Toppings should be cooked. I'll keep trying a few more times in the hopes they figure it out. read more

Great pizza!! I don't drink beer but we love to eat there because of the food and atmosphere. The owners and team are very thoughtful and the fenced in grassy area lets the kids play while waiting for us to finish eating. Very clean open atmosphere and you can watch them make your pizza! read more
