Came here tonight for the first time after a recommendation from Side Hustle Brewery and I must say...truly an amazing spot with delicious pizza! Not your run of the mill pizza spot, so you need to know what to expect. Neapolitan style pizza that is wood fired was crazy delicious! Many different choices so we ordered 4 different ones. The appetizers were just as good. Service was great and very attentive! Definitely will be coming back often!! read more

Stopped by on September 3rd (during their soft opening) after driving by and ogling their promising-looking patio. It's just as nice inside as it looked from the outside but that's not even the best part! The pizzas we had (The Rita and The Blanco) were a surprising little slice of Neapolitan heaven right here in the 209. The flavors were so complimentary to each other (San Marzano tomatoes for the win) and the dough was perfectly cooked- the right amount of chewiness all over and a little crunch in all the right places. I personally didn't try the Blanco but my brother and sis-in-law raced about how amazing it was (and they're the most well-traveled and discerning pizza lovers I know, so there's also that). Went tonight for the first week they are open. Their appetizers we had the wood fired Shishito Peppers and the Hummus with wood fired flat bread were wonderful. Our pizza was outstanding. The hard part is picking which one to have. Regardless the crust is amazing and its obvious this comes from lots of experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is decorated very nice and the patio with a fireplace is very inviting. We had the chance to talk to the owners before leaving and found out there will be menu changes seasonally. This is Stockton's only true Italian wood fired pizza restaurant. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. read more

Brand new spacious restaurant , inside and outside seating and the real thing: wood fired, thin crust Neapolitan pizza. if you're a Pizza Hut or Domino fan, this is not your place. if you've been to Italy or wish you could go, this is it. We've tried margarita, sausage and peppers, pepperoni and a couple of other. All top notch and made with the best ingredients. Tomato sauce, house made sausage and roasted shishito peppers are particularly notable. Single qualm - the decor. Could use a more trattoria, or ostaria charm. read more

Best wood Fired Experience! Having Fired Mobile pizza at my daughter's 16th birthday was truly a unique experience. All the guests got a fun, interactive tutorial in building their own personalized pizza from scratch. Then they fired and spun their masterpieces for an instant and delicious mouthful. We recently hired Fired Pizza to bring their mobile pizza oven to our home to celebrate our daughters birthday. We spoke with Mr. Daniel on the phone, and within 10 minutes we had a custom menu that they were willing to accommodate for our party. For starters they would serve bruschetta. We went with 4 different pizza options and it's all you can eat. The choices were 3 Cheese Pizza, Vegetarian, Pepperoni and The Works. We had one kid with dairy allergy so Daniel and his crew were very kind and cautious to make the special pizza separately and made sure there was no cross contamination. Aside from these agreed upon items, one of our guests only eats a certain type of pizza and they were kind to accommodate his special request. They came an hour early to do the setup and they indeed arrived on time. They did a beautiful set up on the kitchen island and upon agreed time had piping hot pizzas and bruschetta ready for our ~40+ guests. They kept bringing in the pizzas or the guests could ask for their choice of pizza and within 2 minutes or under they would make it for them. It's a family run business by Daniel, his wife, sister-in-law and their daughter. They were very professional, courteous, always ready to assist, wether it's reheating the pizzas or boxing them away for guests, they never said no to anything. All of their pizza were cooked to perfection and we could tell as our guests were inhaling them and going back to back for more and then taking some home. We had a very memorable kids birthday party, with good time and good food. If you also want to create some memorable moments for your next event, please give this family owned business a chance. LOVE this mobile pizza, they save me from making dinner almost every Wednesday & some Sundays lol! They have a delicious selection, and the pizza is amazing! Ready in about 60 seconds, pizza is crisp to perfection. Every time we get pizza for dinner, we add an additional pizza to have for breakfast the next day. My son loves the pepperoni, but we pretty much get the whole menu because why not? They also drizzle a spicy honey sauce on top of the spicy pizza and its magic. I checked out fired pizza yesterday for the first time & I will definitely be back. At first, I was skeptical because of the location (KIND OF IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE) but once I entered the parking lot and saw the venue I all my fears went away. The ambiance was really nice and it gave off chill vibes. Customer service was 10/10. Our waiter was very attentive. I ordered a appetizer the "Rigot" which was 7/10 I wouldn't order it again the cheese was a bit over powering for me me but if you are a ricotta fan go for it. I ordered the rita which was 9/10 I drizzed hot honey over it and it was so yummy. Some of the other guest ordered the Lusty lady which seemed to be the tables fav (I don't eat pork so I didn't try it). I tired a slice of white light/White heat... I can't wait to order that next time I go 10/10! I can't wait to go back again. The only issue I had was there were 100's of Gnats attacking us outside once the sun went down they went away but I think the business should look into candles or something to help with that problem. read more

Everything I've had is delicious! Pizzas are one size and can easily feed two people, but believe me when I say, you will each want your own! The meatball appetizer is just fabulous and a must try. The crew is hardworking and friendly. The atmosphere is family oriented and just chill. The patio has a fireplace and games you can take to your table to pass the time while you wait for your food.
