The husband and wife combo running the food truck were amazing and the service was quick. The truck looked clean on the inside. The burgers are fairly thin, and I would think they need to be bigger to house a middle "stuffed" layer of bacon. Rather, I observed the bacon was sort of chopped up within the center of the patty itself. They're flavorful, no doubt, and the tots are great. But I think they're a bit too pricey since the burger is the size of a quarter pounder all in all.
