I find rating good professionals is important, because they are so hard to find. Ollie's Lock & Safe are not the first locksmiths I have ever used, but they are the first I used in the UK. Of all the ones I've used in my life, this was one of my best experiences with a locksmith. My friends' experience with Cheltenham locksmiths was that they are all (in general) either rude, expensive, show up late, or a combination of the three. So that is why we decided to try someone knew and give Ollie's a call. I can gladly say that one of these characteristics can be applied to Ollie's Lock & Safe. He arrived on time, gave good, kind, polite service, and was very well priced. The…read moreTurntable had stability issues within its power supply causing the platter speed to be unstable. When I hadn't heard back from him I had to chase him up. He said he couldn't find a fault and he thought the Turntable was suppose to be unstable until the platter got up to speed! It was a Direct Drive Technics 1210! This company is unprofessional, clearly not qualified to attempt to repair or diagnose an obvious and simple fault. Took elsewhere, fault was fixed and repaired the same day! Stay very much away from this company!!!
