I just wanted to put in a good word for these guys after the nice experience I had with them while visiting a friend in the UK. I find rating good professionals is important, because they are so hard to find.
Ollie's Lock & Safe are not the first locksmiths I have ever used, but they are the first I used in the UK. Of all the ones I've used in my life, this was one of my best experiences with a locksmith.
My friends' experience with Cheltenham locksmiths was that they are all (in general) either rude, expensive, show up late, or a combination of the three. So that is why we decided to try someone knew and give Ollie's a call.
I can gladly say that one of these characteristics can be applied to Ollie's Lock & Safe. He arrived on time, gave good, kind, polite service, and was very well priced.
