Oscar and his team quite literally saved my life. When you buy a new home, you never know what surprises are waiting behind the walls. Oscar went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, that the job was done correctly, and that they'd leave with absolutely no trace they were ever there. Mid-project, they had to open a wall, and not only did they patch the drywall, but they painted it, too -- you'd never know it was touched. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I could actually understand the process, documented every step, and made me feel like a true partner in the project. One thing he said that really stuck with me was: "I know you own the house, but it's our fireplace now." That level of care and pride in his work says it all. My wife and I were impressed with how efficient they were in removing the old concrete and pavement and how very thorough they were in preparing the base for the new concrete and stone. Bravo! Overall, the experience was very positive and the finished work met our expectations. Chris was easy to work with and consistently receptive to our input. We had a number of specific requests, and he was willing to accommodate them, even when changes were requested after work had already been completed. As an example, after seeing the new steps, we decided we preferred a different configuration and asked to replace five steps with four taller steps. Chris agreed to redo the work so that the result matched what we wanted. Pricing was fair and clearly explained. Each part of the project was priced separately, which made the process transparent and straightforward. We always understood what was included and how costs were structured.
