I wish I had taken the one star Google review that said she's crazy more seriously. That reviewer…read moremust be a very nice person, because to say she's crazy is definitely an understatement. We had her come over for $100, and it turned out to be a nightmare. She came when my puppy woke up--instead of letting me take the puppy to potty, she insisted playing with him until he peed/pooped at the wrong spot. Then she stopped me to pick up the poo, put a treat right next to his poo, and our puppy for the FIRST time ate a piece of poo, because the treat was placed right next to it. Words can't describe how bad the whole 20-minute session was. Her attitude was unprofessional and very condescending, treating us as if we are ignorant people. She kept saying "poor puppy" as if we are abusing him. The worst of the worst: when I cleaned the mess, she said to me "good job"--who does that? My husband and I were utterly shocked. Before she left, she insisted putting a dirty empty water bottle in the playpen to let the puppy chew, while our puppy has various good quality dog toys. We love our puppy dearly, which is exactly why we've been trying different configurations of his playpen and wanted to start training early. But it's the biggest mistake to have used this service. First time and definitely last time.

"Did my good deed for the day...I found a dog trying to cross Hodgson Memorial and Eisenhower. Got her and called the # on her tag. She had gotten loose from Carol's Pampered Pets where she was being boarded?!??" "The people from Carol's barely seemed concerned and hadn't even gone to look for the dog. They surely didn't seem grateful either!" I hope this message is viewed by anyone looking to use their services. I have three dogs and there's no way I'd leave them with a company like this. Please take care of your fur-babies and take recommendations from friends before leaving them with any boarding company.

There have been no mystery nicks, weird skin reactions to harsh shampoos, or razor burn. Just cute puppy :) I love all the dogs in the facility (I think they also do a doggy daycare sort of thing) and how happy they all seem. My only complaint (and it's mostly my fault) is that appointments need to be made 2 or 3 weeks in advance. Whenever I call to make an appointment a week or so in advance, I'm always told they can't see him until 2 or 3 weeks, so by the time he's going in he looks like a little shaggy mountain man. Still the best groomer I've tried in Savannah!

He did not evaluate my dog, he tried giving me a therapy session that I didn't want or pay for. He sat there telling me I needed to build my confidence and I'm not happy with my life. And stuff like this is your last chance from God. He also made me uncomfortable in my own home. He is very manipulative and just wants your money. Tried getting a refund and he wanted me to pay him more money to get it back and involve lawyers. This company should not be allowed to stay in business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

DogWorx, lead by Enrique Marquez, is second to none when it comes to dog training. Our Rottie…read morerescue is part of our family, and deciding with whom she would train was a priority and investment. Scout is full of love but was also fearful, shy and high anxiety. We extensively researched trainers in the area prior to selecting DogWorx. Enrique took a great amount of time and care answering our questions, explaining his techniques, and making sure we understood the process. He is the only one we knew had the heart and compassion to do it. He is AWESOME!! We were a little needy for communication along the way, and Enrique always made time to keep us posted on Scout's progress. I also became chronically ill and Scout needed to stay longer than planned -- Enrique did what he had to do to help us as a family as well - going above and beyond training Scout. He is first class all the way. When Scout returned, Enrique spent over 3 hours working with my husband, son, and me ensuring we understood her commands and were confident using them. Any time we had a question, he returned the call right away. And we had quite a few questions!! The skills and confidence Scout gained during her training with DogWorx and Enrique are truly beyond remarkable! She returned confident, calm, happy, proud -- truly amazing!! Taking her for a walk, running errands, having guests at our home, taking her to the vet -- other people's reactions are total WOW, too!! She's simply confident, calm, and happy. She rocks thanks to DogWorx. The most amazing experience was during the recent hurricane. We evacuated to a higher end hotel in Atlanta. Given her manners, we were able to first STAY at the hotel. She earned attention everywhere she went. She was calm, patient, had perfect manners. The last two days of the hurricane we relocated to a hotel in the historic district in Savannah. As we walked around Savannah, she earned the same praises. However, when asked if she had been trained, and we answered yes, DogWorx reputation is known. The constant response was, "Enrique is the best." and "We love seeing DogWorx here in Savannah." If anyone tells you differently, I would question their motives. DogWorx has a huge loyal following, you can see them in action daily, and they are the ultimate professionals. We are away for the Thanksgiving holiday, and we are happy knowing Scout is safe and happy enjoying her DogWorx family. We wouldn't trust her with anyone else.

What my dog got was definitely not that. I picked him up after being there for 10 days and he had an injury on his ear and 10 other small bites on his head and neck from other dogs. Yes I did take my dog to the vet for one of the injuries to his ear. This vet visit required debridement and antibiotics for 10 days. He also came home smelling of dog feces, which required 3 consecutive baths to rid the smell. I picked my dog up due to Mr King loosing 2 dogs at a dog park (Daffin dog Park). I just had an uneasy feeling about the whole situation after he kept rescheduling my request to see my dog actively train. I thought the board and train program was going to be actually train, not redo the signals for the commands that he already knew. I can understand some people may have had good experiences and thats great for them but this place is clearly inconsistent and mostly about money. I requested a refund of $300 and was told "would never get a refund " and he proceeded to call me a "snowflake owner". If it was caring about every dog he would have communicated if my dog needed medical attention then he could have called for me to come pick him up. Brian King was asked not to remove our dog's collar as our dog was not chipped and the collar had an air tag on it. He assured us he would leave the collar on and just add a training collar. Upon picking our dog up and leaving I discovered his collar was not on and had to go back to Mr King's home to retrieve my dogs collar. From my experience i will not be recommending this place to anyone and hope that he can humble himself and just be better. For anyone wanting proof or pictures of these facts, message me. These are all facts.
