One day later I received an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and please contact us if YOU NEED more information. We called the office left a message with what sounded like an AI person and someone was to call us back but no one did. We went to Savannah Fence on Ogeechee Road and it's locked up tight... I contacted Levi through Yelp and he responded quickly. We met at the house one evening to review the damages and repairs needed. He promptly provided a quote by the next day if not that same evening. I felt it was a fair quote and price for the amount of repairs needed considering the unknown of the extent of the interior floor damage. The quote listed the down payment needed for materials for the job. I accepted the quote and Levi put me on his schedule for about 3 weeks out. He said repairs would take about 5 days at the time of the estimate and it took 4 1/2 days. Repairs were quality. I am very happy and pleased with my repairs and experience. Highly recommend. I have a few other smaller projects that will need to be done in the future and I will definitely call Levi at Bassett Construction again for my other repair needs.
