Bradley Corgan, measured for a dog fence to be installed on Sept 29, 2025. We paid a deposit and the day the work was to be done we received a phone call telling us the company did not receive the dog fence from their supplier and it would be another week before the fence could be installed. Two days later I received a message telling me the owner was in the hospital and they were short on installers. Two weeks later I received an email telling me my job was scheduled for Sat, Nov 22 between 8-9am. One day later I received an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and please contact us if YOU NEED more information. We called the office left a message with what sounded like an AI person and someone was to call us back but no one did. We went to Savannah Fence on Ogeechee Road and it's locked up tight... DO NOT use this company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. You can read through the negative reviews and see the same BS story told over and over again. My mother paid a deposit in August and was told the fence would be installed at the end of Sept... They no showed on the install date. My mom called them and received a text back that the owner was in and out of the hospital and they could not give an update on the install. Now they will not return calls or text for the past two weeks. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKED AND WE WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB. read more

This company is a complete scam. They will come out a price a job ask for a deposit and you will never hear from them again. I don't believe this is actually a real company. Do NOT USE SACANNAH FENCE COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM read more

The company is very unprofessional and no adequate customer service. Olga is the manager so please do not believe her review. The communication is horrible and they are sneaky as well. I ordered my side fence and two gates to be repaired due to Hurricane Helene and they only did one gate along with the side fence. I called them to get the another gate and Olga said she had to check with the owner to get approval for the other gate. I waited but no response then later they sent people out to remove the supplies without calling me. Then Olga got mad because I gave a negative review so she said it will be $300.00 service fee to get the another gate plus the cost of the gate. Instead of saying, we apologize for the miscommunication but we will get the other gate for you therefore you can pay for the other gate and we will waive the service fee. No, she did not do that instead she was very disrespectful. I was willing to pay for the other gate not a service fee. Wrong is wrong and Savannah Fence is wrong read more

Would give 0 stars, but you can't unfortunately. Olga you work for the Savannah Fence Company that I going to complain about. So, here it is. I had Savannah fence install wooden fence on my first house, and it was done ok. So, when I bought my second house I wanted vinyl fencing. You came out an gave us the estimate which was around 14,000 dollars. The guy they hired did not speak any English. We called Olga out because we wanted to extend our fence. Not no more. This company does not guarantee their services. Just a few weeks back I call because one of the fence post was starting to droop down, which was near the ten foot gate. So, not only is the fence no longer even but it is causing the fence to separate and there is a large gap in between the doors and will no longer close properly, which is caused by the post that is drooping to pull them apart. When I spoke with Olga she said for me to take pictures and send to her, which I did, no response, so after a week I called and spoke with them and they said that it would be a 300 service fee plus the fee to fix it. The fence was erected in March of 2023. So, be aware and use another fence company that guarantees their work, or is willing to fix their mistakes. read more

horrible customer service, below par work. multiple communication raised, but no action is done by the company

Unbelievable! Excuse after excuse- a Gate took almost 5 months! no communication- I had to constantly request any information after giving almost 10k deposit- then the end result was no where worth it! Owner was incompetent, accepted no responsibility and had the nerve to make False accusations about us and our electrician - then harassment for remainder of cost over 12 texts in 4 days! when they had incorrect amount - I wouldn't let him put in a pet door for me now! read more

The standard for upright posts on a 6' wooden fence is that they should be no more than 8' apart. The Savannah Fence Co puts them ten feet apart. When I realized this after the fact and brought it to the owner's attention, he said their standard was ten feet apart. When I told him my research said different, he said that you can "google anything," but that doesn't make it true. Also, they subcontract the work out so the person who gives you the estimate does not indicate the quality of the workers who will actually do the work. read more

Very unprofessional, took several months to complete the job, did not communicate about delays, and then tried to charge above what was agreed upon after reaching completion. The owner Brad took no responsibility for the problems, putting it on a former employee, manufacturer, weather, and whatever else he could come up with. If you own the business, it is your responsibility!! It took 5 months to complete the job. Very disappointed and learned who not to use going forward. read more

anything but professional. Does not meet timelines, keeps giving BS reasons why they cannot complete the job, Brad is sooo full of himself. Obviously not a business professional. Terrible experience and one of the biggest regrets in hiring them. I would recommend using any other company than Savannah Fence read more

Seriously would NOT recommend this company. Bradley came gave me an estimate for replacement of my wood fence. When you say replace my fence means everything you take away gets put back up (gets replaced) so I thought. I had to put down 75% which was ridiculous. But ok , he didn't explain much just how we wanted it, type of gate etc... I signed the contract. Ok date set. Well when they came it was the day before date set, these guys didn't even speak English... good thing I speak Spanish! Well the job was completed but not what I wanted. They took down my fence but instead of giving me my own fence against my neighbor. The company decided I should just use his fence. Why would I want to do that when I want to stain mine. If my neighbor gets a hole in his fence and he doesn't repair it, then I have to pay to get it fixed! Who wants that. When I called to question I was told that, the work I got done was what I was quoted, if I wanted that part of the fence replaced it would be 1025.00 more . I was was angry they didn't want to listen to me, I was told he had (brad) a flight to catch and hung up on me. He did say it was a misunderstanding but was not offered anything to pease me. Soooo rude! Terrible customer service. Then they went ahead and charged my credit card they had on file from the deposit without my permission! I had things decline in my checking acct being that I had saved the balance in another acct. of course this was on a Friday. They close at 4pm no answering machine so had to wait until Monday. When I questioned them about charging my card and causing me to get fees, they suggested I talk to my bank and see if the bank can waive my fees off my account. This has been a total nightmare!!! I am exhausted with this unprofessional company. BEWARE! read more
