Too often people in the trades are just trying to get the job done so they can move on to the next one. Cargill not only does the work as if he's building the fence for himself, but he is a true craftsman, what a pleasure to see someone take real pride in what they do. I'll be having him back in September to do some more work for me, and will be recommending him to anyone I hear is looking to have fence work done. I believe there are 2 criminal counts, that I remember may fit this that I have had to use years ago. One is called "Theft by deception" the other is called "Theft by taking".
