Last summer, we did end up hiring Albert to fix a leak coming from our bathroom. He seemed very…read morenice on the phone and was very responsive into action. He diagnosed the leak to be coming from the shower pan. As a result, we paid him roughly $11k to completely redo the shower and also remove the shower block windows that appeared to be a secondary leak source discovered after. As we were dealing with the issue remotely, he sent plenty of progress photos and cleaned up after the project well. The problem initially seemed fixed. Unfortunately, the identical leak started again within a year, and we scheduled a date for him to check on the shower but he never made it. We rescheduled for another date but he also failed to show up for that and has ignored our messages to remediate the issue. The problem was either misdiagnosed or incorrectly remediated. Either way, we will have to find another contractor to fix what Albert didn't. Two stars rather than one as he was very pleasant and responsive during the initial project.

I waited and followed up several times, but he stopped responding altogether. Honestly, it would have been fine if he just said he wasn't available--but ignoring messages completely was frustrating and unprofessional.

In addition, I've been experiencing a leveling issue with my fenced backyard. After the initial appointment, I requested an estimate for the fence repair. My friend Misty had it all covered! Bothe repairs completed on the same day. With No disruption to my schedule! The estimates and billing process were seamless. The work crew were professional and personable. The work was done exceeded my expectations! I would happily rely on Richmond Hill Handyman again, and again. THANKS!

When I receive Keshaunt's quote, I let him know via text that I had already hired someone else. He courteously responded to acknowledge, and to let him know if he could help me in the future. I waited for the selected plumber to respond for several weeks, which he never did. I then sent Keshaunt a text to see if he was available, and still interested in my project. He thanked me for recontacting him, and showed up precisely on time as scheduled two days later. He completed the job perfectly within two hours despite having to deal with convoluted drain plumbing which he had to partially remove and reinstall as part of the single lever faucet replacement. He carefully tested the faucet installation and drain system for several minutes to assure that there were no leaks. Keshaunt was very organized and precise with his workmanship, and left the work area as clean as he found it. Keshaunt is an extremely nice person as well as professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my family members. I will definitely give him a call should I need handyman services in the future. Thank You Keshaunt!
