I really enjoyed this airline a lot. Great services from beginning to end. Great seating from business to economy. I like the small, healthy foods portion and drinks option. I admitted that the business class seat is not as great as other airlines but comfortable enough for 7-11hrs flights.

A really decent and solid airline. It's business class was actually not as good as other one world carriers like American Airlines in terms of food portions, but there are non-recline flatbed business class lounge seats are wide and spacious in are very comfortable. Their amenity kit was also very bare bones and actually resembles the economy class amenity kit of American Airlines which is surprising because I thought US carriers have one of the lowest soft products in the market. Will probably try again out of Helsinki if other airlines to the US fills up.

Flew into Helsinki via Finnair the other day and it was a disaster. Due to the ongoing labor dispute with the pilots, my flight was cancelled and I was rebooked on a flight, arriving into Helsinki 2.5 hours later. Received a couple text messages along with e-mails the night before informing me of my cancellation along with my reroute. Boarding the flight was automated using the gates the cabin crew on board were uniformed and some more experienced. Flew out on a 20 year old E190 and was surprised that the condition of the plane was still decent, including the seat cushions and the overhead lockers. There was no wifi on board and we were up on the sky in no time and started our landing after 10-15 minutes. Cabin crew came by to offer water or blueberry juice and came by shortly to collect rubbish while wearing disposable latex gloves. Landed into Helsinki ahead of schedule and I was surprised that the captain didn't inform passengers about the local time along with time change. Baggage claim arrived within 10 minutes of arrival.

It was a very relaxing non-stop flight from DFW to Helsinki. The schengen flight from Helsinki to Kraków was great as well. It was the gate attendant's confusion about the gate change and details of the flight at Helsinki's airport that brought it down a star. First of all, I must give you a few tips regarding the Finnair process in Dallas. You will get boarding passes for this flight from American Airlines at your point of origin. These will be exchanged for Finnair printed tickets when you arrive at your gate in DFW. They will make announcements about that an hour before boarding. Finnair only accepts passes printed by Finnair. We were fortunate to arrive early before the announcement. There were long lines once everyone got the memo. Here's another good tidbit for business class passengers. Finnair grants you priority access to the Capital One Lounge. We were aware of this, but had read that they have a waiting list. We decided to use the AA Flagship instead since we had a good experience with it in Chicago. I've never been to Capital One before, but I can tell you that I was unimpressed with the Flagship Lounge at DFW. Take that advice for what it's worth. We'll try Capital One next time. The long haul flight was 5 stars all the way. I really love the Airbus A350-900 business class seating, although there are some differences from those in Boeing aircraft. The seats are like comfy lounge chairs, but they don't recline. You'd think it's a bad thing, but it's not. You just lay back into it. I know, it's hard to explain. There's personal handbag storage under the foot rest that can be used for takeoff and landing. The only negative is that those in the middle row of our cabin didn't have overhead storage bins. That means they had to use the ones across the aisle for their carry-on luggage. We didn't have that issue with the window seats. Keep that in mind when selecting your seating arrangement in the priority cabin. The lie-flat seats are much more comfortable than others. The entertainment is better, and I love the flight camera feature. You can actually see the plane take-off and land using their forward cameras. So cool!! The food was hit and miss like most airlines. The salmon & veggie entrée was delicious. The chicken mousse appetizer just isn't my thing. The cocktails, tea, and juices were excellent. It was my first time trying their signature blueberry juice and Northern Blush cocktail. It was such a great experience. I wish I had tried all of them. They have a mocktail selection as well. There's mood lighting at night that mimics the northern lights. The amenity kit didn't look like much, but we found out via the entertainment screen that you can request lip balm, lotion, toothbrush & shaving kits. There are SEES' products in the lavatory, which appears to be much roomier than others. You'll receive Karl Fazer truffles at the end of each flight. It's that little personal touch that separates the European airlines from the US ones. The schengen flight from Helsinki to Kraków was a smaller Embraer plane. Service was just as great. The highlight was the warm cinnamon rolls. The only negative is that the overhead bins are small. You'll have to check-in your standard sized carry-on at the gate. We were expecting this. Bring a smaller European sized carry-on or a larger personal handbag if this is an issue for you. I will definitely choose Finnair whenever flying directly to Helsinki in the future. It was a memorable experience for us. My husband was quite impressed as well. It seems like a longer way to get to Poland, but it really isn't. It was smoother getting there than returning via Frankfurt. It's a great option when heading to Eastern Europe.

My wife and I flew Finnair coming home from Poland. A quick stop in Helsinki for a transfer then on to our very large Finnair for the ride to JFK. Once again, outside of the fact that there is virtually no leg room in the economy class seats, everyone was extremely nice to us every step along the way. It started at the beginning when I asked the rep at the gate if my wife and I could pre-board and without any hesitation he made that happen. The plane is huge so we walked to the back where we were and settled in. That's when I realized that if the seat in front of me reclines, they will be in my lap, again. I realize that we're in coach but do the seats have to be so uncomfortable while you or your neighbor gets comfortable? Flight was extremely smooth with meals and snacks being served promptly so we could relax. Again, the flight attended ask the passenger in front of me to keep their seat up while I was eating.. That helped. The rest of the flight was smooth and there was plenty of entertainment. I was surprised that again, was no complementary Wi-Fi and it was not cheap to buy. But, there was a good selection of entertainment which kept me busy throughout. I guess these transatlantic flights operate much differently than a local flight. Easy flight, plenty of food and beverages to go around. Extremely easy trip through customs with my Global Entry and "poof" you're back home. KUDOs to the team at Finnair.

This is an update for Finnair based on a round trip flown within the last year from the U.S. to Italy, given that they are a One World partner of American Airlines. With that said, Finnair comes into 6 U.S. airports - 3 of them regularly and 3 of them seasonally. To regulate operations, all of them appear to be American Airlines/One World hubs to make for smoother connections. I had only experienced Finnair out of New York-JFK aboard their older Airbus 330, on which I like the seating layout in economy. On the trip for this update, I flew to and from a seasonal airport and a regular airport - SEA and DFW, respectively - to connect within the U.S. I also flew on the Airbus 350 - for the first time - in both directions. I'll start out with what I didn't like. The Airbus 350 is a much-lauded newer aircraft. Its metrics, in my opinion, might work better for its operators than for passengers in the economy cabin. The HEL-SEA flight, flown during its short seasonal window, was completely full and it felt a little cramped, even with regard to legroom. Finnair does not "neck down" the aircraft seating toward the rear, so it's consistently 3-3-3 abreast. SEA isn't really an AA (that would be American Airlines) hub, but Alaska Airlines is part of One World and domestic connections are likely to be with them. What was remarkable and weird about this flight is that it connects Northern Europe to the Northwestern U.S. in about 8:45 (quicker than the scheduled time) and does so directly over the top of the world per the flight monitor. On the A350, one cannot regulate their own fan/temperature and, with it being completely full and flying in daylight throughout the trip, I felt that it didn't dissipate the collective body heat as well as it could have. On the return trip through AA's main DFW home, only the fact that the Finn A350 wasn't full provided some relief from body heat and the lack of space, because you could raise an armrest and stretch out diagonally. I also didn't like that they have seemingly gone to one meal choice and it's vegetarian. I don't mind vegetarian entrees as long as they aren't one of a few things, with one of them being eggplant. I also worried about the seasonings and preparation. As a side item, their small quinoa salads are fine, even bordering on tasty. Also, they have gone very IKEA and are serving most items in meals in the economy cabin in recyclable cartons and with wooden utensils. I applaud all the hippie dippy, granolafied sustainability, but there is a happy medium. Their meals were 3-star situations. Thankfully, the free blueberry juice keeps flowing. The airfare for this "open jaw" was good. However, I've also seen it where some flights down to major European airports bounce around in price, even compared to adjacent days, and can get pricey. It's better to book the passage all the way through or, if offered, as a stopover. It's also easier to redeem One World points on them when it's cold outside or, at the very least, during shoulder season. Also, fares do go down in the colder months. I'm not going to 3 stars for the reduced comfort in economy and the food, but will remain at 4 stars, albeit a low 4 stars. There are a few reasons for this. Finnair always imparts the feeling of being well run, which it is. The other is that, even with a full flight, Finnair flight crews remain just as polite and helpful as if the plane was half full. While they are technically not Scandinavian, they remain more Nordic than Teutonic and that, to me, means that there will be a slight "difference" which you might perceive. They are domiciled at Helsinki-Vantaa, one of the better airports in Europe which has even worked well when the weather was not cooperating because, at the 60th parallel, they have all this dialed. Lastly, the interface via their website and their app are among the cleanest and easiest to use than those of many airlines. Finnair is proud of their Airbus 350 and why shouldn't they be? It's sleek, up to date, and efficient. I haven't warmed up to it, being more fond of their "comfortable as an old shoe" Airbus 330s. A few airlines, such as TAP-Portugal, have moved up to the latest Airbus 330-900neo instead of the Airbus 350, but I'm not the one with the pencil. However, Finnair is a fine outfit and, depending on the pricing (or redemption), season, and schedule, I would not hesitate to fly with them in the future.

I recently flew Finnair back from Helsinki to SFO. Of course after a long trip through the Baltic's I was tired and ready to come home. Shortly after nestling into our seats, the cabin crew came around and offered up some delicious pre-departure drinks. Of course my wife and I went straight for the champagne which was amazing. This was just the beginning of a wonderful and enjoyable trip back to San Francisco. From the first minute after take off to landing, the Finnair staff made sure we were taken care of. The food was absolutely fresh and yummy and the drink more than satisfying. I love the fact that SFO now has another "One World" member option out of SFO. Finnair offers some excellent connections via their manageable Helsinki hub. And flying Finnair is a great experience, their crews do an amazing job and making sure you are comfortable the entire journey.

Goog service for fair prices.I flew a few times on Finnair during the last years / on Airbus A320 (1x), A321 (1x), A321Neo (3x), A350 (2x) and Embraer 190 (2x). Try the blueberry juice which is very delicious. Flights within Europe: They fly mainly Airbus and to smaller destinations the Embrarer. The leg room is great and you can easily compare this kind of space to the 90s and early 2000s. I m 1,90m tall and I really appreciate the seating. For an extra fee you can book an exit-seat. To my oppionion this is not necessary as the seating on the regular seats is already great. If you have the chance you should try to take those flights on the Embrarer. Those planes only fit around 90-100 people, there is even more leg-room on the regular seating and it seems to be more comfort travelling with less people in one plane. Long-Haul-Flights: The seats are good. You get more space than on other airlines like KLM, Aeroflot, Emirates, Air France, Air China. I like to compare Finnair to airlines like Lufthansa or British Airways. The enterteinment-system is great. Big selection on movies, documentaries, series in different languages (e.g. English, Chinese, Finnish, Swedish). But not to the bad-side: The food. Sorry, it can be so boring and so flat beside. I would give only 2 stars for the food if extra rating for the food had been possible here. But beverages like the famous blue berry juice are great.

I needed assistance and decided to call this business at 18885597870 The response time was decent and the person on the line tried to help as much as possible. I had to be transferred once, but the second representative handled things better and gave me the correct information. It wasn't perfect, but it was still a workable experience. I'm leaving this review to share how things went for me personally. read more

ZERO STARS FOR FINNAIR The staff is exceedingly rude and short tempered. Multiple people started laughing at me in Finnish (I had my phone translate open) and found out it was because my carry on luggage was overweight. The lady reeked of perfume it gave me a headache. I asked for a printed boarding ticket and they immediately asked how heavy my carry on was. It took them way too long to give me my boarding pass. read more

There is just something about Finnair Airlines that brings a smile to your face. First, the customer service over the phone was exceptional and so friendly, and the young man located in New York was helpful. My flight from New York to Helsinki was pleasant, and the crew did a great job. Yes, I choose Finnair any time I can. Pitty that they stopped flying to Atlanta many years ago. read more

Finnair made us pay $70 for each suitcase on an international flight from Europe to NY, an additional 20% of the price of the ticket, which was bought via oneworld partner American Airlines (no baggage charge there for the other leg of the flight 2 weeks later). Finnair ruined one suitcase Different to all other airlines they had no one at the arrival baggage counter to report the incidence. We were instructed to file online. After filing and receiving a tracking number- when trying to track progress, it stated "No such case" When trying to to file one more time, it stated "there is a filing for this baggage number", preventing filing. When attempting to call, the phone number provided was not serviced as one had to find out after many hours of waiting on international calls. The email provided also turned out to be unserviced as all my 6 follow up emails remained unanswered. It is only a $250 damage, so not killing, but the troubles Finnair makes you go through until one understands that this is a scheme adds insult to the damage. I am a 66 year old retired former international banker from Europe who worked in London, Tokyo, Singapore and NY. I have flown extensively my entire life. I recall only one other flight which was as unpleasant as Finnair. Definitely better to stay away from them. read more

This review is going into the void, because Finnair hasn't cliamed the site, nor do they monitor it. We recently traveled to Helsinki on our first Business-class flight on Finnair. We didn't get the opportunity to take the survey (it timed out), so I decided to contact you directly. First, the good: My wife's screen kept freezing and the young man who helped us both was terrific, knew what he was doing, and had a great sense of humor. We both also had difficulties connecting to WiFi. Now, the not so good: The crew seemed needlessly rushed. For instance, on both legs, the dinner cart rolled up barely an hour after takeoff. We were given salted nuts and a cocktail, but before we had time to finish either one, dinner was served. The menu described two starters and then dinner; both arrived at the same time and on the same crammed tray. My wife had a glass of wine with dinner, and was never offered a second glass. After dinner, the attendants offered dessert, and then were nowhere to be seen. The morning meal was confusing: It was certainly wasn't breakfast, but instead an unidentifiable meat stew. Overall, for a Business-class price, the meals didn't stand out. Finally, compared to other airlines, the seating was narrow and poorly designed. For instance, I'm two meters tall and I felt cramped. Moreover, the 3-point seat belt was very uncomfortable and difficult to manage, even for the attendants. Will we fly Finnair Business again? That, and pardon the pun, is up in the air. read more

In December of 2021 I booked flights to Finland and Norway from Los Angeles. Sadly, COVID restrictions at the time had caused going to Norway to be problematic for US travelers; we would have had to quarantine for the trip and not travel the country, even with vaccination and boosters and negative tests. Finland was fine, but Norway was not. The trip would have been wasted. That said, I emailed and tried repeatedly and in multiple formats to get my flights edited well within the 24 hours that is required Finnair. I found that: 1. Finnair would not answer their chat bar, so I could not have cancelled or changed on time since no one responded. 2. Finnair did not respond to web messages, so I could not have cancelled or changed on time since no one responded. 3. The Finnair CEO confessed via mass email that the company had been non responsive, so I could not have cancelled or changed on time since no one responded. 4. I went to the airport to try to get the Finnair airport service desk to help - no one was there, so I could not have cancelled or changed on time since no one responded. 5. Finnair's change policy states "in case you would like to cancel your booking, a refund will be according to the original ticket rules." This was obsolete since no one called, emailed, or messaged back. I tried to change the flight, and inevitably had to book a second flight due to a lack of response from Finnair. I then communicated this over and over again for 10 months, providing all the written evidence of the above efforts and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, Finnair's CEO, my credit card company, Aviation Consumer Protection, and still Finnair would not refund. Great companies take pride in great customer service. I am looking for Finnair to take some pride here and address these aforementioned issues with me, and they have not. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. read more

I was treated with complete kindness and respect when boarding, etc. I often have flight attendants who are downright rude when I need a wheelchair to get to the airplane, steps, etc. These guys were very kind & helpful. I wish I could recall the name of one lady in particular on our flight from Helsinki to Tallinn who weren't above and beyond of making my seat easy to access, etc. I would certainly fly with them again. read more

But beverages like the famous blue berry juice are great. read more

We were scheduled to fly to France this coming weekend. However, every country surrounding France has gone to CSC Level 4 for COVID cases, and our daughter has not yet been vaccinated. I called Finnair customer service, and although getting through took almost an hour, the customer service rep I spoke to (Nikolai) was excellent. Refund was unfortunately not an option, because France has not yet been designated a Level 4 country. However, Nikolai was able to change our flight to August of 2022, and did so with no additional charge. I received my email tickets before he even got back on the phone with me. I do appreciate Finnair's flexibility and willingness to accommodate. read more

If I could give a lower rating to their customer service, I would. Purchased 2 R/T flights from finnair and received no booking reference or confirmation, although they have charged my credit card. Have tried to contact their customer service unit by phone and chat, but either I can't get through due to their lack of chat capacity or have been on hold for an extended and unreasonably long time - even though their phone hold recording says that I'm important to them. This is frustrating beyond words and a real joke in terms of providing customer service! I would never fly finnair again. Their absence of customer support gives me great concern about how they run their business overall - including safety. VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more
I have been flying many times with Finnair and I have to admit that all flights have been good, except for few details here and there. Most of my flights have been smooth and without any problems. I like that the pilots are nice and warns passengers if any turbulences are to be expected. The problem I have with Finnair is an accident with my luggage and food. Once I was flying from Toronto to Helsinki and when I arrived at the destination, one of my luggages was missing. I freaked out, waited and waited, until I was told to go home, and somebody will contact me, in case they find my suitcase. I had to call Finnair and they said they will look into it. About 2 days passed and nobody knew anything about my suitcase until I called to the airport in Toronto and they told me that my suitcase is still there. Apparently they forgot to put my bag in the plane together with rest of them! While waiting for my bag, Finnair covered my basic personal expenses. I got my luggage after about 4-5 days, and I'm glad I got it at all. I was also flying Finnair just a week ago and was disappointed that I was unable to select seats. I was told that I have to pay in order to select a seat, or I have to wait 2 days before the flight, and only then I can select my seats free of charge. Customer service on the phone was rude, one woman with strong Russian accent told me: "Only business class can select seats free of charge... But YOU are in economy!" Hmmm. Meal selection can be selected only by phone?! I selected Asian Vegetarian Meal and Hindu Meal for my husband. It was disappointing to see that these meals were exactly the same (both vegetarian) on our way back and breakfast sandwich was also the same - white bread with slice of tomato! Some airlines have tasty meals but Finnair was a disappointment. read more

The Finnair agent checking in my checked luggage is a childish unprofessional and mean human being. I'm sorry if you hate yourself and your job, but that does not give you the right to take it out on an innocent customer. This man, if you can even call him that, wanted me to check in my 2nd luggage despite the fact it was within the weight, height etc limits. I had planned to bring my 2nd luggage as a carry on and even bought it solely to use it as a carry on. It's officially carry on approved by TSA too, but the Finnair agent wouldn't let me carry it on because he claimed it was too heavy at 11 pounds! I was upset but I believed him at first because I didn't see any reason why he would lie. But later, after I already went through Security, I decided to check the carry on weight limit online, and Finnair website says carry on weight limit is 17 pounds! I still have no idea what made that JFK agent target me to mess with me in this way. The reason I really wanted to bring my carry on with me on the plane is because I have fragile items in the carry on. But since the Finnair agent lied and abused his powers, my fragile items + even the carry on is now broken due to JFK rough handling of my carry on luggage!! Never flying through JFK ever again, nor will I ever use Finnair again. Worst airport and airline I've ever used! I'll go back to flying Delta and American instead, and only flying through Chicago from now on! Btw, even on my return flight with Finnair, the Pulkovo Airport Finnair agent mentioned that my carry on was too heavy, this time at 14lbs!!! Very strange considering Finnair website + the email they sent me before the return flight both states that carry on limit is at 17lbs!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU FINNAIR PEOPLE?? If you want to limit it to 10lbs or less, then simply SAY SO in your dumbass website so that I don't have to deal with all this extra stress of supposed "over-weight" carry on luggage that isn't actually over-weight. It's stressful enough already just dealing with traveling and airport security, but if you REALLY want more stress, just take the worst airline in the world, Finnair. read more

I flew Finnair on May 5 from Helsinki to Miami. The A330 was absolutely wonderful and their business class service was superb. The crew was wonderful, the airport was great in Helsinki and their food was really good. I loved my seat,, 2L. The seat/bed was right next to the window! The business class seat superbly comfortable and it was actually fully flat when in bed position, not angled! Loved it! I would definitely recommend flying this airline and would do so again in the future! Omg and their blueberry juice is the best! Yum! read more

This was the first flight experience with your airline. And I think this is the last time I used the services of your airline and your airport Vantaa. Awful service, personal search. No one apologized after that. The airport staff was rude and not friendly. I felt in China or worse in Germany in the 30s-40s. I wanted to quickly leave your country and forget it. Flight delay when flying to Moscow and from Moscow. For this reason, we missed the flight to Nizhny Novgorod and we had to buy other tickets. I still have terrible memories from visiting your country and the services of your airline. In the future, I will avoid using your company and moreover visiting your country. Will not fly this airline again. So far, all three of our flights with them have been late and they lost our luggage on the way in. Way back, we paid for bulkhead seats but they allowed the entire overhead to be filled. Since we had to have our bags overhead, they got moved to the middle of the airplane instead of making people take their bags out and put them at their feet. Only got two stars because they haven't crashed and killed us (yet). read more

WORST Airline ever! We had our own share of problems at the airport! 1) I don't like that you can't pay for checked baggage online while checking-in. 2) I tried to use the kiosk to get our luggage tags but their system said "Payment Unavailable" after trying 3 separate kiosks, forcing us to stand in a ridiculously long line because they only had 3 windows open... one for bag drop, on for priority passengers, and one for everyone else! The wait was long and completely unnecessary if the kiosk was working properly. What's the point of having all the self-service technology if it does work? Not what I expect from an airline that has been around as long as Finnair! Unacceptable! 3) The airport staff, both in Copenhagen and Helsinki were rude and pissy! Finally, the straw that broke the camel's back... the kicked a disabled old man of the plane because he used an oxygen breathing device. He had already been on 3 other flights where it was not a problem. He even offered to let them take the machine and store it until we arrived at LAX! Nope! They ordered him off the plane. The whole ordeal was ludicrous! Finnair should be ashamed of themselves! The remaining passengers were appalled and many let the captain have it on the way out! What an ass! Adding insult to injury, the delay meant some were not going to make their connections! We had to rush to the gate and barely made our connecting flight! I will NEVER fly Finnair again! Horrible airline! read more

Finnair charges rebooking fees if you miss their tight connection Dear friends, I would like to share my experience in Helsinki less than a month ago. I had a 40 minutes connection between the flights from Moscow to NYC. Because the hand luggage screeners were so slow I did miss that connection. To add insult to injury Finnair slapped me with 125 euros re-booking fee. All my pleas about slowness of the hand luggage screeners fell on deaf ear( altough my argument was pretty loud). They were pretty straightforward "No fee, there will be no re-booking, I am stuck to enjoy the Helsinki airport for good". Pure blackmail and extortion. On top of that they offered no re-booking option. They re-booked me on the same flight leaving in 24 hours. So beware of Finnair connections. Be prepared to have extra 125 euros in re-booking fees in case you miss your connection through no fault of yours. Been there, sharing first hand experience. read more

I was confused by some negative reviews I read about finnair because they always were a reliable company, unlike American Airlines. I was flying from St. Pet- SFO via Helsinki and back. The fare was around 420$, which was a great deal. The aircraft was new, the staff was very nice. What I was not happy about is that you can use your headphones (they have 2 channels to plug in, so the quality of sound is not that great). That's why they sell premium economy class tickets with better headphones, but to me, that sounds ridiculous and that's not right. Then the choice of music is poor, you can't select specific tracks or artists, they have some strange collections and you can't play it forward or back, which is another minus. I didn't like 90% of the music, they have chosen (I had 8+hour flights with other companies and that never was a case). Choice of tv shows is also weird. So make sure you have your phone charged and ready if you like music or want to watch something with a proper sound. Also, when you fly from Helsinki don't order gluten-free food. It is not great. I switched to normal food but noticed that when we were flying from SFO, people who ordered gluten-free food, received a nice meal compared to the one I had from Helsinki. Anyway, for 420$ I think it was a pretty amazing journey, so can't complain. read more

Just had an ordeal with Finnair's customer service and it was really awful. My boyfriend tried to book me a ticket to see him, but they flagged and cancelled the ticket as a security risk (which is fine and completely understandable if it was from the credit card company), but then they didn't notify us of the cancellation until two days later. We called customer service to see what the issue was and they told us I could rebook the ticket with my card, but I would have to pay even more for the ticket. Even though we booked it two days before and my boyfriend had booked me a ticket last month with the same airline, with zero problems. Really disappointing customer service. read more

Finnair operates the main 'customer service' call center for this (877) 982-2011 phone number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This (toll-free) number is open 24 hours for flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, baggage inquiries, refund requests, modifications, and other travel-related requirements. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgaiN. read more

Minuses: - Packs took always to show up. Needed to sit tight for 60 minutes. - Plane washrooms could be more clean. Waste got sooner. - Air conditioning on to the max. I'm leaving this review to share how things went for me personally. read more
