While we're talking location, bus stops out front will take you anywhere you need to go.  There is a mall across the street with restaurants, a movie theater, shops, and a grocery store.  The post office, banks, dentists, eye doctors, massage therapists, and hair salons - all in the same block.  Library is a short walk away.   You cannot ask for a better location, especially if you don't own a car.

The last one came to fix our backyard door at 8pm and he just let himself into the backyard and started working without talking to us. When he was finished, he told us all about his journey with meth addiction that he was fighting. Not a great experience for the family, that. If you took the time to research this, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT make the same mistake we did and just assume you'll be treated fairly as a tenant. You will be held financially responsible and have to fix all the mistakes that these 20-30 year old house have even if you just moved in and haven't caused any damage.
