What an amazing complex! The front desk staff is amazing, the amenities are top notch, the maintenance team is dynamite. Everything from move-in to package receiving is nothing short of flawless. The rules, expectations and guidelines for residents are perfectly clear regarding parking, animals, rental contracts, etc. Every apartment receives 2 passes for parking, guests must park in guest parking OR if you don't have a pass for your vehicle, you can park in guest parking. The complex has sent numerous emails explaining this to residents and made it clear that they would start enforcing the towing regulations. Logan and Maya are amazing folks to work with and will get to know you by name, they truly are invested in residents. The construction is a drawback, HOWEVER that is not at any fault of the complex. I love it here! The apartment is spacious and well appointed. It's close to shopping (outlets) and necessities (Lowe's Foods and Walmart). Access to I-40 is also mere minutes away. I'm on the ground floor and my patio has a great view of the woods. I love that management is so welcoming to furry friends - I was able to bring my Beagle. There are many other dogs here as well and everyone does their part to pick up after their pets. This complex is also very quiet and peaceful. I don't hear much from my neighbors, so the apartments are well insulated. I do notice the walking noise of the person who lives above me, but I suspect this person is a "heavy stepper". Maintenance requests are quickly responded to - and with a smile! If you are looking for a new, quiet, resort style community, Alexander Pointe will be a good fit for you! read more

I'm writing this final review because I've purchased a home and I won't be able to enjoy the perks of living here anymore. I can't tell you how sad that makes me. I have lived at Alexander Pointe for 2 years. The office staff members have always been wonderful to me, Jennifer always remembers my name and my pets. She is always been wonderful even when I was complaining about poo left behind by lazy pet owners. The apartment is very well laid out. I liked the fact that it's next to a green-way and the pool-side kitchen was pretty cool for family get-togethers. Kenny is nothing short of awesome. Honestly, there really is not a better place to live in Mebane. I would and have, highly recommended this apartment community. read more

I moved into Alexander Pointe Apts. 5 months ago. When i saw how spacious the rooms were, i knew it was the place for me. Black kitchen appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms,also double sinks in the master bedroom. Each Apartment has its own patio. My apartment is very quiet, i don't even hear my neighbors next door. The Community Room has exercise equipment, pool table, free coffee all day. If you have a dog, there is a dog run, also a pool if you want to go for a swim. The Staff here at Alexander Pointe are great. I would highly recommend Alexander Pointe to be your new home. read more

These apartments are so nice! We have only been here two weeks, but our first impression was a great one. The apartment was SO CLEAN! They actually re-carpeted the floors before we moved in. Jennifer has been so nice to us and were upfront about any imperfections in the apartment before we moved in. Aside from that, the club house offers a pool and a small fitness room,that is never crowded from what I've seen. It is a very quiet. My husband and I are very happy here! And it a two minute drive to multiple retail stores and restaurants. read more

We just moved in to Alexander Pointe a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. We rented a two bedroom unit and it's a HUGE apartment! My closet is the size of most apartment bedrooms. The kitchen is nicer than any apartment I've lived in before and I LOVE the new appliances and pretty granite counters. The pool and clubhouse are luxurious. My apartment smells brand new (in a good way). I had something wrong with a window and maintenance fixed it 30 minutes after telling them about it. Location is great as I can get to the grocery store & I-40 in 3 minutes which is a huge plus getting to and from work. I just signed my renewal for another year and I couldn't be happier. Since the new company took over it has been great. I really love my apartment and my neighbors.
