I called multiple times to check on the status of my glasses and never received a call back. I finally was able to get through when someone answered the phone. Here's the biggest problem, I've been calling since August of this year to see how much it cost for an eye exam if you have no insurance. I left several messages and to this day, I have not received a call back. I have even left messages stating I wanted to schedule an eye exam and still haven't received a call back. I even went to their website and clicked on the link to schedule an appointment and STILL have not heard from them!!!!!

Sadly, I do not suggest anyone support this salon due to their predatory practice of charging 200…read more on a cancellation fee, regardless of the situation. I double booked my appointment with my doctor's appointment. Yes, it was my fault, however when I tried to text a modification of time or day I was summarily shut down and told it's another 200.fee- in addition to the 150 fee I had paid for a consultation. I was within the 48 hour period of time to alter my appointment. 350.00 later with no treatment and a conversation that was completely unyielding of an any compromise later, I walked away from the salon without a compromise. It was harsh. But nothing would persuade this technician from charging me the additional 200. for my clumsiness. This is not the same person I had do my facial before. It feels bad, its callous and mercenary that she took 350. on my stored credit card against my wishes telling me she has the right to do so while I protested. I understand the need for small businesses to protect themselves from cancellations, I'm the general manager of a local hotel, but there are times when we listen to people and we apply a more nuanced view of the situation. I do not care for the new attitude of this spa. I will recommend people choose other salons in town.

Holly, at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and welcome -- explaining everything as we went. Dr. Waterbury was also very kind, knowledgeable, and funny. I've had glasses since I was in kindergarten...and am 30 now (so you can imagine the amount of doctors I've visited). Dr. Waterbury is the most thorough (and youngest, ha!) eye doctor I've been to -- he gave his professional opinions and had legitimate reasons backing them up...all the while cracking jokes in between. And hey look, Doc! Now you can say you're the #1 Yelp-rated Optometry Practice in Falmouth! FREE advertising! ;)

She did examine them on each visit. It took her two years to finally perform biopsies. One of the pores was identified as having basal cancer cells. Then I was sent to Dr. Reedy, the Mohs specialist who re did the biopsies. This time she decided to cut wide and deep providing a permanent and deep scar on my nose. I went off Cape to one of the best dermatologists in the Boston area. I ended up needing a skin graft because the basal cells where so deep and I was told they had been there a long time.

I brought my mother-in-law to this hospital while we were on vacation due to severe abdominal pain,…read moreand the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The receptionist was remarkably rude and showed little compassion toward a woman who was clearly in significant pain. Rather than offering assistance, she insisted on having her complete paperwork containing information that had already been provided, all while displaying an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. What followed was a nearly nine-hour wait to diagnose what ultimately turned out to be kidney stones. Even more concerning, during that entire time, not a single doctor came into the room to personally evaluate, explain findings, or discuss a treatment plan. Healthcare professionals are entrusted with caring for people during some of their most vulnerable moments. Unfortunately, this facility failed to demonstrate even the most basic standards of communication, compassion, and patient care. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and respect we encountered was deeply disappointing. This was, without question, one of the worst healthcare experiences I have witnessed. Based on our experience, you would likely receive more attentive and compassionate care at many urgent care centers than at this hospital's emergency department.
