I was here on the Saturday after Black Friday and they were all smiles (though I am sure all of the customers were not so cheerful). I would definitely recommend here.

The shop is very clean and easy to shop without hassle or stress. I feel the staff let you shop on your own unless you ask for suggestions or assistance. I came in to see what was here and connected with Sally who was very professional and friendly. It was around my birthday and I was hoping to find something I could treat myself to as a gift. I found a pair of tuxedo pants I liked and tried them on in two different sizes. Sally was helpful in suggesting what I do about sizing since the pants fit in the waist but the pockets lay differently on me size-wise. Because the pants were a classic style that I could wear for multiple occasions, I purchased them. They were put in a bag and a fabric dustbag for protection. Eventually I came back to have them shortened free of charge by the tailor. For the other reviews commenting about the return policy, there are clear signs at the register that say no returns to your original form of payment. (The staff also make that clear as well.) They will offer store credit if you return the item in 14 days with the original receipt and condition. Parking can be a challenge for this mall, but if you go around the opening time, you should be able to find a spot without hassle.

I purchased a bag for over $3,000 in april 2026, and after only about five months of normal use, it already started showing significant wear. For a luxury brand at this price point, I expected much better quality and, especially, better customer service. I contacted YSL hoping they would stand behind their product, but unfortunately, my request was denied and no satisfactory solution was offered. As a loyal customer who has purchased multiple items from YSL, I expected to be treated with more consideration and to receive better support. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has definitely changed the way I view the brand.
