Pricing was on the higher end of the bids nevertheless very good support. They assigned the transporter. Juan was driving the transporter. He called me to notify arrival (I was remote). Worked with my daughter. Loaded the car. My daughter had all of our end of college goods loaded (no issue). Juan was great. Notified us about the status. He even charged our car overnight (since the battery was dead). He arrived next day. (San Francisco to San Diego) Notified me about his ETA. Arrived on time. We unloaded the car at the mechanic. It's too bad that they are more excited to collect your payment than they are to actually transport your car. Yes, my car was picked up and delivered quickly and without any scratches but it was a stressful pick up experience. I called Monica several times to get better details about the pickup and clarify a few things and she did not pick up a single time nor did she respond to any of my text messages. I was charged for the pick up hours before my car had even been loaded onto a truck. I don't blame them for the delay that the driver had getting to my house and loading during a storm, but it was very stressful having no communication with the company during the pickup process. Another thing to note is that although I had originally requested 2 vehicles to be moved and specified they would be moved on separate days, they did not have this information in their system and I was being charged a higher price later on for the second car due to driver shortages. Very frustrating. I would not use them again due to lack of communication.

It was 4pm on a Monday and we were leaving for TX the following morning and I called Zoltan to see if he could help. 15 minutes later I was driving my son's car to his San Jose location where I met Zoltan and dropped off the car. He could not have been more pleasant and he provided a TX drop off time of Saturday or Sunday. Not only did the car arrive perfectly, it was day early and many hours before the driver said he would arrive. Process could not have been any better or more professional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH NEXUS AUTO TRANSPORT, they are not based in the US and have a call center in India. Total and complete waste of time. It was the same guy with an accent picking up the phone. He got pretty upset that I was asking too many questions. He started calling me rude, an asshole, among other things. At this point I was confused and frustrated because I have been nothing much calm, nice, and honestly just asked questions. I mean who wouldn't ask questions when a car shipping company charge you $100 and you "have to pay the rest to the truck driver the rest when he pick up your car". So I told the guy this sounds a little shady, I don't want to be the victim of a scam. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he lost it there and then. Yelling and screaming into the phone and hang up.
