They had some really great shoes, Nike, Reeboks, Addias and more. Great prices! Mark downs and sales. I got a classic pair of Reeboks. On sale for $45. Also another pair of oc shoes not on sale. I wish I could remember that girls name. (she has a Yorkie). So helpful and patient with us, me mainly. She waited me out, smart girl. We had a day shopping, sales for the memorial weekend. Spent lots but saved more. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE company. I ordered a pair of Jordans and also a pair of air max slides. Never received either pair. Then when I called finish line customer service. They. told me UPS already delivered my shoes , slides so I should check with a family member or a neighbor! I offered time date stamped camera footage of my front porch where my stuff was supposedly delivered they didn't want to see the proof that they was NEVER DELIVERED I Guess. JUST A ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

The employee helping us with wonderful until the manager ( short African American girl ) came up, took my husbands pair and sold them to another gentleman. We were there FIRST and were going to purchase 3 pairs that we already had tried on for myself , my husband and child . She claimed the guy order online and took them after I took this picture . when we seen the gentleman and heard him ask for the ones we had already had ready for checkout Go elsewhere or order online . Avoid this store I even told her " you're about to lose 3 sales over someone who walked in after us" and she laughed read more

Semiah gave us great customer service form the time of calling about a shoe we bought and exchanging them in person. She had the best service and personality. Which for our family, we appreciate because there's nothing like trying to get shoes at a busy time for kids for school and the chaos. She was great, thank you Semiah. read more

The new JD sports or whatever they like to call a new rebrand, horrible customer service, I feel they need to spend more time training they employees, I come in week after week and spend thousands on shoes, bought a red Nike tech sweatsuit, and it turns out they left the sensor on it, they may act like they could take it off cause I don't have a receipt but yet everybody in the store sees me coming there week after week spending 1500+ all stuff, I mean it's hard to keep up with the receipt when you're buying so much stuff, and you don't notice that there's a beeper on there till a week after when you're about to wear it, so now I got a $300 Nike tech sweatsuit that I cannot wear, definitely wouldn't recommend -@vegaskiccs read more

Horrible / Terrible the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager there is a micro manager to the employees. I was being helped by one of the sales rep and the manager directed her in an non professional way to stand at the front door when there was no one there and I still needed help. it make you not want to spend your money. I spent over $800.00. No manager skills. Poor leadership skills. Very very unprofessional. Let me clear black guy with dreads at Meadows mall in Las Vegas 12/14/2024 1:00 pm. Nest time pull the employee to the side. When people are spending there money they expect good service. Again that was not what I experienced. Keep in professional at all time. I will suggest the manager get some training on how to treat employee and customers. Finish line lost my business. read more

Awesome store and really great location on the first floor of the Meadows Mall! The kids (90% of the workers) here did the best they could to help me out an I'm pleased to brag that I got a new pair of workout kicks for just 10.87!! Yes, beat that! Choose wisely what time you visit the store because just like every other store in the mall they get busy around back to school and other holidays! So, I suggest visiting during school hours, and early mornings at best or do like me and come enjoy the people watching and the hustle n bustle! But whatever you do, practice patience! Also, take advantage of being apart of their Winner's Circle Club, because they always send great coupons! Using the coupons usually score me free or close to free items! read more

Excellent service. Will do business again! Other than that... please take a moment to look at the picture below. Karen here said she wanted to wait for her baby daddy inside during the Cool Grey 11's drop today but ended up buying 2 pairs for herself. Please be on a lookout for this liar. Finish Line - Karen here said she wanted to wait for her baby daddy inside during the Cool Grey 11's drop today but ended up buying 2 pairs for herself. - Shoe Stores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Terrible Customer Service and treatment. I visited the Finish Line store at the Meadows Mall in Las Vegas, NV, on 3/28/2023 around 3:30 - 4 pm PT to do an impromptu buy of some shoes I saw while walking by another store. I returned to Finish Line to look at the Nike Griffins $210. I liked everything about the shoe. When I entered the store, it seemed and looked abandoned. There was a girl, Makayla (?), that is what she told me later. She looked at me from afar and hurried in the back. The other girl was at the counter on the computer. She slumped over with her back to the door. I had to walk up to here to draw her away the website of tennis shoes she was looking at to ask to see my size in that shoe. After trying on the first shoe, I instantly loved it. I asked to try on the other so I can get a feel for them and the balance. The computer girl said no you can't. Our policy is only one shoe. I said how will I be able to know if they are comfortable. You can't because "people steal." There was no other customers in the store but me. I said that she could hold my cell phone, driver's license or whatever. I said to her "I can't spend $210 on the comfort of one shoe. You will pass up a $210+ sale because you assume I would steal before I steal?" She said it's the policy. I left and came back about 3 mins later to get the store information. The girl told me she was the assistant mgr., Makayla and I could not have the computer girl clerk's name. Makayla said the store number was 353. She said that's our policy and people steal. I again said to her there was no one in here. And there are two of you. Then a black guy with braids came out, with some fake canned statement about it being the theft policy and I can try on the left then the right separately. I did not believe that would not give me the feel of both shoes. I asked his name he said it was "Frederick Sibley. I responded with what I thought was the spelling, he said "yeah sure." Turned his back to me and said "You have a blessed day" while he was walking away. The thing about it is, the store looked abandoned when I walked in. If anyone wanted to steal, they could have grabbed the clothing items and other things on display on the racks at the door. The two I encountered were way in the back of the store and I had to call out to them to find them to see if anyone was even in the store. I can see if I was a kid with a bunch of kids, I do understand that stealing happens. But I am a grown woman, I look like a grown woman, and I offered for them to hold my phone which I should not have had to do. No one was in the store except for me as a customer and four as employees, which I eventually discovered. I felt like this was a "Pretty Woman" moment. Was it because I was black this happened? No other customers were in the store. I regret that I did not record it. I came home and called Finish Line that day and was told that someone would reach out to me about my complaint had just been reported. They never did. Was it my race that made them believe I could steal? Is Finish Line doing so great that when I come into one of their stores with no other customers, they can let $210+ sales be ignored? If theft is that bad, get a security guard or make the manager come. From the back and see what is going on. But to put that on the paying customers is offensive. I give them no stars. read more

Online shopping with finish line is a disaster. They falsely advertise products just to click on the product to see "it's no longer available". The site AND app malfunctions ALL THE TIME! They send you a special access message for status members just to not have access to the "special releases" and when you can access it.. IT'S SOLD OUT! They WILL NOT replenish your status points even if they're at fault... The ENTIRE online shopping experience is frustrating and faulty... GET IT TOGETHER FINISH LINE! read more

Bought nearly 10 pairs of shoes on Finishline.com and when I went to this location to return one pair, the incompetent manager turned me down as if it were in a thrift store selling clothes... Offering only store credit when I paid over $1k on my credit card! TERRIBLE BUSINESS! She should be fired, tbh. Finish Line definitely lost my business. read more

I went to return a shoe that i bought at fashion mall with my receipt to the meadows location and the staff asked if i could return it to fashion mall. I said preferably not that I'm already here and the rules say easy returns just take it back to any finish line.... she had to get the manager to approve the return which he said next time i have to take it back to fashion mall that they have too many returns at that location. He then told her next person that asks for a return tell them they have to take it to fashion mall..... They need to read their company policy and follow it. read more

The worst customer service I have ever received. I needed to return a brand new pair of shoes that I ordered online with the receipt. I was there for 30 minutes. The customer service representative could not help me without an override she said she needed a manager and could probably give me a gift card. She walked over to the main finish line store brought another manager who was also useless he didn't want to give me his name, neither did the customer service rep however I found out later her name is Angel. This girl is ghetto has no customer service skills was rolling her eyes she was also super disrespectful to the Macy's manager. Who is trying to tell her that she cannot talk to customers like that. she literally walked away from the register while I was talking to her and came back out talking on her cell phone on the floor. Wild! (Finishline inside Macy's) read more

Got a pair of Nike's there in there around noon. The girl that was helping me seemed nice and helpful, I liked the shoes, bought them. Later that evening I put them on and realized that they gave me a totally wrong size (5 instead of 7). Came back later that day to exchange it only to find out that the size that I needed they only had one shoe of... so the lady that sold it to me in the morning just put the right size back and gave me a much smaller size probably for commission... the guy that was processing a refund barely even apologized read more

me and my husband and brother buy a lot of shoes from this store. the manager who lied about her name to me she said her name was Ashley has been very rude hanging up the phone on people cussing us out pretty much telling my brother in law she could sell him a second pair of shoes even though he only won the raffle for one. She has sent us and others away telling us they were sold out at 8 am that day when they don't open tell 11 then to find out when we went back the next day there was a line for what she said was sold out. This has been every time we go to her store. the manager who ever her name may be since she can't tell us. She said that if we contact corporate they would laugh. someone needs to do something about her. Please read more

This store is awesome!!! Great prices and good variety of shoes. Staff members are beyond excellent.

Definitely one of the stores with more special in this mall, a variety of shoes and also the newest models of shoes, I also like this store because it has a very large variety of shoes for children too, workers always attentive and with a very positive attitude, they help a lot in the selection of your next purchase and if they do not have your number they always give you the option to order the product for you online, and most importantly one of my favorite people in this location and I am very grateful to you your help whenever I go is a PRICILLA, very good work, always very attentive and helping several people at once, very nice and helpful, thanks for your good work, definitely and that is why I will always return to continue buying my shoes and those of my children to this location, and for all the staff that works in this location I congratulate them, Well done team. read more

Customer service was beyond great, the bald guy with the big beard was very helpful and made me feel extremely confident in buying my vapormaxes. For the most part, this is my go to store for any shoes. Would've gave 5 stars but the taller guy with glasses (I think the manager) was kind of rude to my son when he tried to enter a raffle for a retro. Other than that I haven't had any issues with this store, glad to see people who actually care about the people vs just getting a sale under their belt. read more

I need a new pair of Nike. Went to a few stores didn't see anything I liked finally went to finish line prices are so so not the best. They do have a decent selection and I did find a pair I loved. I don't think I ever bought a pair from Finish Line before. I usually go to the Nike store or the Nike outlet or Ross or Marshalls. but I found my pair that I have been looking for at the finish line. the reason I gave it three stars was because the price wasn't that great but this selection was. the staff was also very helpful and friendly. read more
