Ive been going to finish line pretty much since they opened. Their quality has deteriorated. The employees are GREAT! I have on several occasions left there with the back of my car still dirty. I talked to an employee and they said something was "retracted." Ive just noticed this happening in the last 6 months. Doesn't make a person very happy when you pay for a service and leave with a dirty car. I hope this gets addressed or I may have to quit. read more

Pulled up today for a one time wash, and their credit card machine wouldn't read my card. Instead of telling me "tough luck," they gave me a free car wash. A+ customer service! read more

UPDATE: Today, 3 days after I was told I would NOT be issued a refund for the charge I hadn't authorized, Finish Line corporate did call to acknowledge that what I said about my cancellation was true and that they should not have charged me $19.99 for the next month. The woman who called was very nice. She said Finish Line was changing computer systems when I first cancelled and that their record of my cancellation was lost in the process, but found after my complaint. She said a $19.99 refund is being processed and that she will advise her frontline representatives on how to handle calls better so that problems could be handled with just one phone call. I then asked about the advertised $5 introductory subscription discussed below. She explained it was an online-only offer and gave no hint of refunding the $15.00 overpayment. She said the "online-only" special ended about two weeks ago, so I let her know the deal was mentioned more recently than that. Actually, only two days ago, but she still seemed disinterested in considering the overpayment. I explained that the website did not say "online-only," and that I didn't purchase the deal online because clicking the deal link brought me to a full-priced menu I wasn't sure I could trust, and I was then told "no" at the car wash. I won't fight Finish Line for the $15.00 overpayment, but I do think they should refund it. I also think they will read this update, because I was asked to remove this review since the $19.99 issue was handled, but I said I would "update" it. Finish Line needs to EARN the absence of bad reviews, not just have them disappear when they return customers' money. That said; Finish Line has my debit card data to refund the $15.00 overpayment if they so choose. I acted in good faith, but it was THEIR website that AGAIN caused the problem. So I'll be watching to see what Finish Line does about the $15.00. Hopefully, I could soon add another update to say that was also properly refunded, and perhaps start to praise them. I appreciate Finish Line's effort to correct matters, but their initial attitude and delay in calling back made this a very tiring process that should not be. ADDENDUM: Additionally, the Finish Line website was advertising a $5 introductory membership when our association began, but I was told by an attendant at the Marion location that it was discontinued, so I bought a full price $19.99 membership, spending $15 more than anticipated. One month later--a day into the fiasco discussed below, the $5 introductory membership offer is still posted at the Finish Line website, so it's fair to say the offer did exist when I first asked about it. I think Finish Line should refund my $15 overpayment. I will broach that if ever they call about the issue discussed below. FINISH LINE Car Wash? Not a chance. They charged my account after I cancelled my monthly membership and they refuse to correct the matter, saying I should have received a confirmation email they clearly never sent. Their corporate website acknowledged my cancellation through a change of display in my account data, but nothing at the site said to expect an email. Four days later, Finish Line takes $19.99 from my account for service I cancelled before even the prior month ended. When calling later that day asking them to reverse the charge, I'm told, "No, because you did not receive an email." I explain that their website said nothing about an email. The display of my account changed at the site, and that appeared to be an acknowledgement of my cancellation. I ask to speak with a Supervisor. "I am the Supervisor," I'm told. So I ask to speak with her Supervisor and am told she'll make a request to have someone call me, but that she cannot promise I would get a call. That was more than two days ago. No one has called back. Meanwhile, 24 hours after my first call, I call to get a status report on my request and was again told "I cannot promise" a return call would be made. Now, more than two days into this, with Finish Line saying no to a refund, I file a transaction dispute with my bank. I'm anxious to see what comes of the dispute and will watch for mail from the bank. They told me to expect a report. Finish Line never did. Twice. NOTE: I also checked my account at the Finish Line website since first calling, which oddly gave me a chance to complete another cancellation form, even though I already cancelled, but it was a different form this time. Its submission was my 2nd request to cancel. But still no acknowledgment email or note to watch for one. Also oddly, their website no longer lets me view my account data. When clicking to do so, the screen flashes and sends me back to where I was. So, NO, I do not recommend Finish Line Car Wash. Their corporate attitude is reprehensible and they don't seem to mind taking my money for a car wash subscription I have twice told them I do not want. read more

If you don't want your car or truck very clean then take it there. I took my truck there today for the last time. Was still dirty when I came out had to take it somewhere else to get it clean. I never get the full service that we pay for and today was no exception. I get to the last part where the buffing brush comes down and it stays there, no green light. Employee comes running up to where I am at yelling at me to put my truck in drive and pull forward. Now mind you I am not going anywhere with this buffer on my windshield and it was not finished as it still had the tires to do. After I was treated like this and my vehicle is never clean and you don't receive all the services you pay for why go back. In the beginning it was nice to run through there to get the salt off in the winter time. Never again! read more

Paid for my service and used over 200 times but one day they told me that I was not allowed to run my truck through because of the modifications that were made. I have called customer service and no one has reached out to me. read more

The review I had up was taken down. In an automatic car wash you'd think there wouldn't be any car accidents, right? Wrong! The guy signaled to go, then while in the middle of the tunnel, the lady in ahead said my car hit the back of hers. I could not understand how, because you can feel and hear when you hit something, and that didn't happen. The cop that was dispatched said that he's constantly there over accidents, because the attendants put the cars in too close together. read more

Went through this car wash today and they cracked my windshield. On a new car! $965 car wash. Needless to say, not going back.

I used for about 2 months or less. One day I went through the line and there machines completely ripped off my back wiper blade and also damaged the bracket that holds wiper blade (Subaru forester). I went in to speak with manager and he said he filed report. I received email next day saying their machines did not cause any damage. I replied and asked to review the cameras on site and it will prove it certainly did. I heard. I response and now have to replace myself I guess. read more

I like that they have free vacuums and window cleaner but that's about it. I went through the car wash, and my car came out still dirty. Multiple spots of bird poop still on the windshield and on the car's body itself. I had a topper on my antenna that had been glued there for over five years and it pulled it off. The vacuums are great but don't use the car wash itself. read more
