After entering, it sprayed soap all over my Jeep, the brushes started immediately grabbing the antenna and bending it over 90 degrees. The car wash them stopped and wouldn't do anything else. Finally I backed my Jeep up and got out. I was in the process of trying to get my antenna straightened out when the manager or owner came over. He stated that yeah, it does that to some cars and told me to run it to one of the hand wash bays. He turned it on so I could wash the soap off, but never offered to refund my money, help straighten the antenna or even an apology. I was so mad, I swore to never go back there again and have been giving all my business to Rainbow Car Wash on North Kingshighway. Just like the previous poster said, this place is a rip off and don't trust your car to this place.
