Right away we were bombarded with questions and it was relentless. You could tell he was on commission. After an uncomfortable amount of time listening to him talk we were directed to the financing guy who seemed even shadier. He was very cocky about how he could get everyone approved for a loan. We came looking for a specific SUV that was well in our budget but he kept giving the finance companies info on a totally different car that we absolutely didn't want but was of course about $4000 more. Needless to say we were not approved and then just cut loose without so much as a thank you for coming. The service department is just as bad. I had an appointment for an oil change but my car didn't go in until an hour and a half later. Why bother having appointments? After my appointment I opened the hood to put washer fluid in since they couldn't bother to top off fluids and I noticed my oil cap was missing. I went back and spoke with the service manager who confronted the mechanic. The mechanic argued that he put the cap on and got visibly annoyed with me. The service manager was nice enough to get me a new oil cap and came out with me to put it on. We discovered the old one lodged in the hood liner above the dent in my PCM it made from him shutting the hood on it. Aside from that one service manager, nobody in that place knows how to listen. I will never set foot on that lot again.

After diagnosing the car, they told me both rear EPB actuators and calipers needed to be replaced. I approved the repair and paid $1,124. They later called and said the car was fully fixed and ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, the brake warning light was still on and the EPB was still not functioning properly. I immediately informed them. The next day, they re-examined the vehicle and told me the parking brake control module had lost communication and that they could not fix the issue. They referred me to a Mazda dealership for further repairs. In other words, after charging me over $1,100, the original problem remained unresolved. When the vehicle was returned to me, the brake fluid reservoir cap was missing. The reservoir had been temporarily covered with plastic, and I had to return the following day to obtain a replacement cap. This raised serious concerns about the level of care taken during the repair. I spoke directly with the owner, William Chen, who has been very unprofessional and dishonest throughout the process, about my concerns. During our phone conversation, I explained that I was disappointed and did not want to keep parts that did not resolve the issue. He initially stated that he could return the aftermarket parts (though not the OEM actuators). However, after speaking with someone else at the shop, he changed his position and said he would not return the parts or issue a refund. Overall, I paid for a repair that did not fix the problem and was then told to take the car elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

I later called again and explained that I took it elsewhere where they told me that the valve stem had been damaged. He asked "why did you take it somewhere else?" then "have a good day sir" and hung up on me. This issue required me to walk one mile to my home late at night in February, another mile up hill the following day, cost for tow, and the cost for an extra repair. Bruce's Pit Stop told me that topping fluids is not included in an oil change, which is unheard of. Terrible shop.
