When I called and spoke to Vinny, one of the managers, he put a lot of my concerns to rest and then scheduled me for a tour. They have plenty of fenced, outdoor play yards and heated/ air conditioned buildings and change bedding daily. You have the option to bring your own food, and you can also use the food they have there. Little River also offers more individualized options, like walks in the woods, one-on-one fetch, cuddle sessions, and more. Best of all, they offer a complimentary bath prior to picking them up. Big mistake! . she is very " full of herself" . yesterday she chastised me in the lobby full of customers. I was two days late on one vaccine, and had an appt. scheduled. The soonest my vet could see my dog.. She told me if my dog stayed he would be caged ALL DAY. She treated me like a child, it was humiliating and totally unprofessional. I would no longer recommend this facility. new manager needs a big lesson on customer service!!!!!!!!!! I had to take my dog home and cancel the plans I had made.
