But when asked about a specific area, the kid lied and said it was done. (it was not done) When this was brought to Marks attention, he had his Follow-up cleaner pop by and complete the task. She was friggin great. So being all set to make this a regular cleaning appointment, I made the request for the follow-up girl to be our regular cleaner. It was at this point the price increased by over $100.00 above what was quoted per cleaning. Marks justification for this was "well, she's our premium cleaner"..(meaning they ALL AREN'T premium cleaners I s'pose)? When I asked if he'd honor his original quote, his voice got elevated and he went all "Jr high school mean girls" on me. Not a great business model, and zero customer service skills. If you seek any level of professionalism..... Seek elsewhere. But if you want a business run by a child, by all means....give Mark a call.

This was very inconvenient. 2 ladies did arrive at 1 pm on time, and my husband was there to meet them. He tried to give them a couple of special instructions for the granite and hard wood floors, but the did not speak any English. They called someone who my husband spoke to, and seemed to understand. They did work hard and did a nice job on the house. This was a moving clean, with absolutely nothing in the house. The house did look good when they were done.

Upon entering I was greeted by a knowledgeable and very professional staff. I was fortunate to get some assistance with my chainsaw repair by Anthony the manager, and I was very impressed with his customer service. He took his time to fix the problem I was having with my saw, and when I asked him how much I owed. He responded with "you don't owe me nothing" and thanked me for military service.
