He mentioned how long it would take and confirmed the agree upon pricing. He actually did a good job masking the scratches on the bumper and fender. All good up to this point. However, when the final coat of paint was applied, the paint did not match the rest of the vehicle. I initially thought it was because the car needed to be washed, so I waited 5 days to wash it. Sure enough, the newly applied paint did not match. See pictures of one side of the bumper that had the repair work and theother side that did not have any damage. Was hopeful when I booked this service, and in fact, had also inquired about pricing for another vehicle that had some scratches. However, after seeing the finished product, I opted not to move forward and now regret that I did not go to a body shop instead. Lesson learned.

Jonathan was my repair person for my door ding and lucky for me he came even earlier than expected because he happened to be in the area near me since I work from home this is always welcome. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. I've got a new recommendation if anyone needs the same kind of repairs. We may go ahead and book for my husband's car soon as well.
