My 2006 Honda was looking its age, and several panels had peeling paint. Additionally, the car had been rear-ended about a year ago and the bumper had suffered some damage. They did a great job with painting the panels and fixing the bumper, and the car looks almost like new again. They even polished out the headlight covers and cleaned the interior and pretty much detailed the car. And it was done in a little over a week (under their original estimated time). It was a complete disaster working with this guy as he always made excuses as to why the car wasn't finished. Again, he isn't licensed to do body work so beware of him, the quality of the repair will likely be poor if he even gets to it in the first place. Not a good place to take your vehicle. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Jim for my car and here's what I discovered: CONS: 1.) He is unprofessional and doesn't seem to care about customer service at all. Whenever I called to simply check status on my repair job, he acted as if I was a nuisance. 2.) He seems to care more about telling you about his personal life than fixing your car. 3.) Because Jim is the only person working at the shop, expect him to have your car for at least six months. 4.) Hard to get ahold of, i spent weeks just trying to get him to call me back. PROS: 1.) Once (if) he does work on your car the quality of the repair is good. Be prepared for a long wait. As some of the other reviews have said, if you want to be treated with respect and like a customer, DONT COME HERE, there are plenty of other great body shops that can do your repair faster and the same quality. read more

Jim is such a pro in body work repair. Months ago my car got heavily dented on the rear right door and the "dog leg" and the door frame was beginning to rust. I brought the car in to Jim and he said he would fix it without buying a new door. to be honest i was skeptical at first because i've had a fair share of bad experience from my previous body shop, but I let Jim do it anyway. Then he's done and when I looked at the car, I was stunned and petrified - the craftmanship was absolutely perfect and the door and trim were no different from "brand new" condition. I could not tell at all that it was worked on and fixed. Everything from the trim line to the surface of the metal were restored exactly the way it was. Even paint was matched 100% and blended in with the rest of the car. I couldn't possibly be more satisfied than that. Jim is not just a "body shop guy". He's an artist who have perfected his trade over the years. If I ever trash my car again, I would not even bother looking for someone else to fix my car.
