It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

Absolutely horrible. Never, ever store your items here…read more On July 29/2025 I incurred over $100 in fees from a truck rental due to the false advertising Access Storage has about 24/7 Access. They fail to advertise that this location is an exception to that rule, and you'd have to look into their specific website apparently to find that out. I also had no notice, despite detailed monthly billing statements, informing me when the promo I signed up on was ending and the sudden doubled bill came as a shock. Please note that if you are even a little late on your bill, they will harass you with emails, texts and constant calls, so it is very reasonable to expect that at least a note of increase would be added to the last promotional bill. I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint in the summer of 2025 after the Manager at this location, Rinkje, refused to do anything in line with any sort of customer service. Now, in February 2026 (6 months later) I finally got in touch with the Senior Manager, Michael Hu, who proceeded to cut me off, yell at me, and tell me there is absolutely no repair they are willing to make for the fees I incurred due to their advertising while blaming me, the consumer, for their mistakes as a company. I have a recording that I will be submitting to news organizations of Michael Hu, a grown man, raising his voice and cutting off a young woman who wanted her concerns addressed after 6 months of no resolution or response. BBB themselves told me they had a hard time getting in touch with this business, but according to Michael Hu, he "tried to contact me right away". They continue to refuse any sort of resolution.

I had two storage units at this facility. The climate controlled ones are great. Clean and easy to use and get to. Also had two outdoor units and they were problem-free. After one year of having all my items in the units here, everything came out just as I had placed it in there. Zero issues. All items kept safe n' sound. If I ever need storage again, I will certainly go here! Hope to never need it again though. 5++++ stars!!

Put in a claim. almost Two weeks went by and no one had contacted me regarding the claim. after sending email with pictures. Over the week I called 4 times, never reaching a live person, having to leave voice message Each time. Was finally contacted to say claim was submitted and being processed. Two weeks later no contact again from anyone. Over the following two weeks 4 phone calls were not returned. Called a 5th time, only this time I went to the sales line, which is always manned by a live person. And as expected, call was immediately answered by a live agent in Customer Service, where again, I left a message requesting a callback from the Ajax location to call me. Message was delivered Thursday June 18 approx 2pm. Will update when I receive my callback.
