While I was hoping for an easy fix, it wound up to be a bit more serious. BUT, Chloe and Gabriel are angels, they were so calm, genuine, and trustworthy that it made the process bearable (that and some wine! I'm not going to lie!). It was New Year's Eve and they didn't want me to have to wait until today to get my computer back so Gabriel saved the day and fixed the laptop before closing. On Monday at 1:30 pm when I still hadn't heard from them, I called and got the receptionist who explained that she would have to "get with the repair person" and that they were closing at 3pm and so she would need to get back with me on Tuesday. When I asked if we could move this faster as I am a single mom with 4 kids and really need my dishwasher, she said " Well, this is a luxury item and I have 2 kids and don't have a dishwasher right now." I called a week later to ask about my repair status and they told me it wasn't covered and never ordered the parts. This company just wanted to get the money from coming to look at it. But didn't want to actually fix it. And now we have lost our ability to use insurance for the dryer. Ridiculous - waste of time and money! I repeat DO NOT use this company!
