The older man, a brash one at that, said he was 'unfamiliar' with it. So? It works the same damn way as any other one. He kept pushing the Viper at me, and I was unreceptive and getting annoyed at his pushy behavior. Well, long story short, the damn thing is VERY OVERPRICED and it failed after a month because one of the morons electric taped hot wires together, and they MELTED. I had to go to my adopted Papa's house and get him to take a look. I will never ever go back and people seriously, stay away, go to another city!

    I got a factory Bose CD player worked on there. They actually sent it off to get fixed. They…read morecharged me $25 to pull the radio out, and another $25 to put it back in. While the radio was out, I decided to put in an iPod interface adaptor in. First of all, he didn't even know what it was. I asked the guy how much would it be to hook up, he said it might be nothing if it is simple. Well it is simple; you connect 2 plugs into the back of the radio. When I was checking out, he told me it would be $25 additional for the IPOD hook up. I threw a fit, and he still insisted on charging me $20. He said he had to pay the bills, and he had to do research on how to hook it up, so I guess I paid for his on the job training. It took literally 50 seconds. So, I guess his installation rate is 50 cents a second!
