Thank you so much to Trell at the Maple Grove Chase location. He was very polite, knowledgeable,…read morehelpful and patient. I was helping my Mom apply for a credit card and she's recovering from a stroke. As soon as we were walking up a worker came to hold the door for my Mom. We were greeted and helped right away. The bank is very clean with private rooms. Those rooms are also very good with sound proofing. It keeps things private so personal data is not heard by neighboring rooms. I'll definitely be using this Chase location for any in person assistance! We'll definitely be back?

You know how sometimes you need very specific documentation of your account from the bank? Well…read moretoday was one of those days. I drove over an hour to the closest chase, maple grove. I was really specific about what I needed, a statement showing balance as of today. "It must include today" The girl trying to help me seemed new so she asked her supervisor for help. Supervisor kinda came by but didn't really help. Both were clearly trying to hit all the buttons for good customer service and relationship building. It made me uncomfortable. Did you just read dale carnige? Well I left and drove another hour to drop off the paperwork and guess what! They gave me a copy of my statement from last month which obviously doesn't include today. Now I have rush hour traffic so about 3 hours to drive home all for nothing! Thanks for wasting my time and gas and giving me a headache and delaying really important paperwork! Great customer service. So I called the bank, there is no option for any after hours service at all. How about they fix that if they want to provide customer service. But at the very least, don't provide a disservice. My day is crap because I bank at chase.

I have had accounts at Spire since first using them for a car loan years ago. All the locations…read morehave been good with friendly and helpful staff. This location is a little more off the beaten path than some of the others I have gone to, but still easy enough to get in and out. I'm not a big fan of the big banks "banksters" so a credit union is a good alternative to those. I like to know the places I'm doing business with and Spire Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative founded as the Twin City Co-ops Credit Union in 1934. Spire is headquartered in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, over near the Minnesota State fairgrounds. Okay, enough of the preachiness about banks! I have had checking, savings and loans through SPIRE and have recommended them for car loans to friends and family. Their rates are good and were always lower than the alternatives I looked at - especially through the manufacturers. TIP: Check on their interest rates if you're looking to finance a vehicle.

I went in to collect the documents I needed to get the vehicle. 3 people helped me and were all ready to take care of business. then suddenly someone came in and said "Well actually that plan was only good for people under 75. so, you mean to tell me that the bank sold a 74 year old, a protection plan that would expire in one year? HOW IS THAT RIGHT? if you ask me, that's taking advantage of the elderly. I sent a complaint to the better business bureau and spire bank had the adasety to address me a letter calling me "Mrs. Brown" and said that my grandma was not taken advantage of. And also never followed up with the vehicle. It's now been over a year.
