I was impressed that the owner (or manager) went outside and worked to help the others. My SUV was spotless inside and out. The staff were all friendly and hard working. I honestly can't say about the value because I don't have other prices/full service washes to compare the cost but I didn't think it was too high for hand washing and drying. I will be back.

Every time I visit, she greets me with a smile, she is polite, respectful, and patient. She consistently says "please," "thank you," and "have a great day," making every interaction feel welcoming and appreciated. All of the cashiers at this store does a outstanding job, but this lady truly stands out. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued.
