They were short staffed, as most places are nowadays, and I was told it would take about an hour to hour and a half, because they were backed up. Today was my only day available to have it cleaned. I was impressed that the owner (or manager) went outside and worked to help the others. My SUV was spotless inside and out. The staff were all friendly and hard working. I honestly can't say about the value because I don't have other prices/full service washes to compare the cost but I didn't think it was too high for hand washing and drying. I will be back.

She is always friendly, efficient, and professional. What stands out most is her warm spirit and the genuine kindness she shows every customer. Every time I visit, she greets me with a smile, she is polite, respectful, and patient. She consistently says "please," "thank you," and "have a great day," making every interaction feel welcoming and appreciated. All of the cashiers at this store does a outstanding job, but this lady truly stands out. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. In my opinion, she would make an excellent customer service trainer because she demonstrates exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. Thank you for having an employee who represents your store so well. She deserves to be recognized for the positive impact she has on your customers. Thank you, Vicky, keep up the good work.
