I've had more than my fair share of terrible service experiences in this area, but I'd like to take…read morethe opportunity to celebrate a wonderful example of exceptional service, and unmatched knowledge & skill. If you are looking for construction, renovation, remodeling and general contracting services of ANY and ALL kinds, Jim Kelly and Ron Childers of Wood Master Homes (Willis, TX) should be your first stop. I especially recommend them for complex, troublesome jobs where other contractors may have failed you. Jim thinks like an engineer, processes options like a scientist, leads his team like a coach, and reassures/comforts his clients like a trusted friend.
I've had 2 major repair/reconstruction projects with Jim and Ron, that literally had me in tears prior to reaching out to them. Jim and Ron came out, really studied the issues, figured out the problems, and delivered solutions. One of these problems (leak) ended up costing me zero dollars, as they determined fault with a previous service provider who is paying for all restoration.
Ron runs a tight ship with a great crew. They work very clean, constantly sweeping and tidying up throughout the job. They are reliable, consistent and show up when they say the will. They are kind, respectful, and well-mannered. Most importantly, their skills are impeccable! These guys know what they're doing! Don't be intimidated to got out and meet the guys, ask questions, and understand the process. You will appreciate their work ethic, and their fun and friendly personalities!
Trust Jim and Wood Master Homes to get it right for you. I couldn't be more pleased with this company, and I recommend them without reservation. Thank you Jim, Ron, Joey, Jimmy and every WMH crew member for allowing me to enjoy my home again!
