When the white was applied it was all bumpy from the dremel. I'm not a nail tech so I trusted the process. Once the cat eye coat was applied the tech then blamed me saying i need to put my hand completely in the UV light, it didn't dry....didnt fix it just went over it. During this he did huff and puff a bit. I felt as though he was irritated with me. I didn't want to cause a problem and was scared to say something. When trying to pay, the machine wasn't working and had to Zelle. Not a problem. Total came out to $80 and that was with a 15% discount from a coupon received for Mother's Day. Not very happy with my nails or the experience this time. Very disappointed as the first time coming was great and thought I had a new good nail spot. Now have to go back to square one of finding one. This was an appointment I made and confirmed. I later got a call on the way home telling me I have an appointment and if I was going to be coming in. While I was in the store attempting to make the appointment, my son urgently needed to use the restroom. He politely asked the front desk employee, but she refused and said it was "store policy" that only customers could use the restroom. I explained that I was in the process of becoming a paying customer and was actively trying to schedule an appointment. I asked if my son could please use the restroom while I completed the booking, but she continued to deny the request and said he could only use it after the appointment was made. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I also asked for a manager and was told that no managers were on site. When I expressed that the situation felt discriminatory, the employee laughed. This experience was upsetting and unprofessional. I request a review of this incident and clarification of your policies.
