Finally adding a review after going to Whitney for a couple years now. I took about a year off from the commute but my face suffered for it. The thing about Whitney, is that she welcomed me back like we had just seen each other the day before. She is the by far, the most friendly woman I've met. She makes you feel so comfortable in an instant and her knowledge of skin care and what's right for you really shines through. You can feel her passion and intention. I came here on a rec from a coworker and let me tell you, I've been driving from chino just to see her. This turned into encouraging the rest of our coworkers to see Whitney. The salon suite location she has couldn't be easier to get to, and she's right in front. Parking is easy to find at any time for your appointment. The products used at Brightside are Top Tier. You are getting what you pay for and then some. She has many, many options for facials, waxing and peels. If you don't know what to chose, she will help you and figure out what your skin needs, what tour end goal is and will go from there. She fueled my addiction to peels and I'll be forever grateful I no longer fear them. On my last visit I was able to try dermaplanning for the first time which is an experience. I'd recommend any Brightside to anyone who is looking to up their skin game, wants to wear less makeup or just become more confident in their own skin. read more

I've been seeing Whitney for various services for something like 9 years now and as long as she's open, I'll never leave. She knows what she's talking about when it comes to your skin! She always has great recommendations and keeps up with trends and research on the next best thing in skincare so her clients always have the best experience. The salon is beautiful and peaceful as well, which makes it so easy to want to come back every month. read more

Absolutely loveeee coming to Whitney!! I will never change places. I have been coming here for about a year now and my skin has done a tremendous transformation. From cystic acne and scars to having smooth & brighter skin. Whitney is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of me. Her tips of knocking out dairy from my diet and creating a routine has benefited me. I have done chemical peels like acne peels, microneedling, facials, oxygen facials and more! I love the PCA line I am using. The moisturizer and face wash is gentle but does what it needs to do to support my skin. Taking all of Whitney's advice has been so positive! read more

This review is for Whitney & Lauren! I've been going to Whitney for nearly 2 years now for my cystic acne, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and now maintenance. Whitney cleared my cystic acne in 6 months (while I followed her advice on consuming less processed foods/sugars). Her product recommendations are amazing as well. I recently went to Lauren for an eyebrow shaping. I haven't gone to get my brows done in 6 years! I've just been "cleaning them up" but not exactly shaping them since I was too afraid to make them too thin/noticeably uneven. When I came across old photos of myself (10 years ago) I decided I wanted my old brows back. Lauren was very knowledgeable in seeing my old brows and current brows and explained why I didn't need a shaping and just needed a clean up. She told me that I essentially still had the same brows but in my photo it looked like it was filled in with a pencil in some parts and I realized I did in fact use a pencil back then for my brows. She gave me a perfect clean up and wonderful advice telling me how I'll know where to fill in. I appreciate her honesty and knowledge in my own brows. I'm slowly trying to transition all of my beauty needs to Brightside so stay tuned for a future review on a different service :) read more

Whitney is the absolute best! Even from my first service, she made me feel so comfortable and fully walked me through expectations as well as aftercare. I just had my second Brazilian wax, and will continue to come back every month! Genuinely, Whitney cares about her clients, and I think her service is absolutely a reflection of that. Thank you, Whitney! read more

I've been a client of Whitney's for over 10 years, and I can genuinely say she is one of the most skilled and caring professionals I've ever experienced. Recently, I began seeing her for facials, and I honestly don't know why I didn't start sooner--my skin has never looked or felt as good as it does now after consistent facials here at Brightside Esthetics. I most recently had an oxygen facial that truly did wonders for my skin: my complexion is noticeably brighter, smoother, and more refreshed since having it! Whitney's knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized care always make me feel like I'm in the best hands. I'm so grateful for her and couldn't recommend her more highly!! read more

Brightside Esthetics is the answer to anyone's skin care needs! I'm well into my 40's, and this is the time to make up for all the years that I didn't invest in my skin care routine properly. Whitney and Lauren are angels with a healing touch, and they always recommend the best treatments and products for me. I have been a loyal client for years! The ladies work in two side by side studios which are cozy, inviting and cutely decorated. They offer a wide array of facial and body treatments including waxing. In the past, I would go to random facial places that don't give results or tailor their treatments to the client's individual needs. Brightside Esthetics has transformed my skin, not just on my face, but everywhere else too! #clientforlife read more

Thank you Whitney and Lauren of Brightside Esthetics! I've been going for a couple years now and it has been such a game changer in skin correcting/restoring, reliving my acne, and anti aging! If you know me I've definitely recommended this spot to you in person and will do it online too! But don't make it too busy so I can still book my services LOL. They are always learning and offering new services and skincare products. Other services besides facials and peels include brow wax and tint, waxing, microchanneling, etc. read more

I've been seeing Lauren for monthly facials at Brightside Esthetics, and it's been the best self-care decision I ever made! I look forward to every visit, she is so attentive to my skin needs and I feel amazing every time I leave :) Lauren is a joy to talk to and has the best recommendations, I highly recommend her services and am so happy to have found this place! read more

Whitney is amazing! It's difficult to find someone who is friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, careful and respectful altogether. But she took care of me just as a professional should. She's a gem! It was helpful to understand the process because she walked through it with me the entire time, leaving room for me to ask questions or concerns. I felt very comfortable in her studio. In addition, I appreciate how clean and sanitized and pretty everything is ;). I am definitely returning for more services. Thanks Whitney! read more

I've been getting my facials done with Whitney and I can honestly say she's amazing at what she does! Whitney and the Brightside team are the estheticians you're looking for: perfectionists, highly skilled, continually educated, and A-players. The studio is beautiful and the team is passionate about their areas of expertise. I've been coming here since they opened and wouldn't trust my services to anyone else now. read more

I've been going to Lauren for monthly facials for 4 months and I love it! She is very sweet and easy to talk to while still being very professional. My skin has always been something I'm self conscious about so I was nervous for my first facial. She completely put me at ease from the start. She has a knack for identifying and treating the "problem" areas without making you feel embarrassed, which I really appreciate! She's given me tips and helped me choose products that will improve my skin as we go. I always look forward to my facial day and am so happy Lauren is helping me achieve brighter, smoother and healthier skin! read more

I feel like I can show my face again! I started coming to Whitney for peels/facials back in January, and I am so glad I did! I can see the difference her treatments are making; my skin texture is improved, my dark spots are fading, and, most importantly, I feel less self conscious. Whitney does an amazing job explaining every step she's taking, how it works, why it's necessary, etc, and checks in often to make sure there are no adverse effects. My skin feels well-cared-for and I am so happy. My skin and I also love the products she recommends. I highly recommend Whitney and Brightside Esthetics! read more

I absolutely ADORE Whitney! I started going to her in December 2023, after going to 10+ different estheticians, and she forever changed my skin. I've struggled with acne my whole life, and immediately she made me feel comfortable, safe, and hopeful that there would be change! read more

Whitney at Brightside Esthetics is AMAZING! She has helped me get a facial routine that is easy to follow. I have tried facials, chemical peels and microchanneling with her and have the best results and experience. She is an amazing esthetician! My skin has never looked so good! read more

MY BODY FEELS LIKE SILK! I was a big fan of the wax at EWC and was nervous to try something new and how my skin would react. THIS. IS. BETTER. It is so smooth- so light- and not hot. I instantly noticed the difference when it touched my skin and didn't feel that radiating heat. The rip was almost painless because it comes off as smoothly as it's put on. I never thought I'd be blown away by a quality of wax- but here I am! Lol Of course- Whiney is incredible as always. Extremely knowledgeable in her industry and her products. She won't put anything on our skin that she didn't try herself first. And if you know Whitney- you know it's natural products that better our skin- always. read more

Whitney is seriously THE best!!!! She made me feel so comfortable, and she was so patient with me and all my questions and skin concerns! She explained every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable with every step. I seriously trust her every recommendation because she's so knowledgeable about what she does and the products she uses. I am excited about continuing my skin care journey with her! read more

I have been seeing Whitney for years starting with waxing and for the past few years have added facials. The care and knowledge that Whitney puts in to learning and applying facial techniques is amazing and shows how passionate she is for skin care. Recently I tried a dermaplaning facial with Lauren and love the feel of my skin afterwards! I had always wanted to try dermaplaning, but just didn't know enough to feel comfortable. Lauren and Whitney explained every step and the results are amazing. I highly recommend both Whitney and Lauren- I'm a big believer in referrals and these ladies take skin care to the next level! read more

Whitney is hands down a gift from heaven to my skin! She customized my facial each step of the way based on the needs of my skin and not as a "one size fits all facial". She took the time to know me, my skin and it's needs, to make a service tailored for me. My skin has done a 360 since seeing Whitney at Brightside Esthetics! Not only her services in studio, but her at home care recommendations to maintain my skin has given me a natural glow. I no longer feel like I have to filter my skin on posts or hide my face when I go out without makeup. She brings out the natural beauty of my skin, and it's so freeing to walk around feeling comfortable and confident. The PCA face wash, vitamin serum and moisturizer help up keep the glow from the studio to everyday life. Whitney not only cared about my skin in her studio, but also at home. She made sure I had what I needed to cultivate that natural glow at home. My skin is brighter, smoother and glows more than I ever knew it could. Aside from the amazing services and products, my facial was SO relaxing. From the steam hitting your face, to the warm towels and the way she massages products into your skin, I was struggling to stay awake. It was the prefect day for my skin to get treated and for my body to rest. Brightside Esthetics has not just changed my skin game, but my life. If your questioning booking an appointment, book it now. Invest into your skin now, so you won't waste thousands on makeup later! read more

WHITNEY IS AMAZINGGGGG! I have been going to Whitney for the past 11 years now. I have moved all around SoCal within the last 11 years, and I would drive up to an hour just to see Whitney because she is that amazing! I don't think I could ever trust another Esthetician! Whitney is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and passionate about what she does. She is such a caring and understanding person overall, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a full body wax, brazilian, and/or bikini facial! Whitney thoroughly explains everything she does and answers any questions you may have. Whitney also gives THE BEST WAXES (literally feels almost painless), and she always makes you feel comfortable. Thanks, Whitney! read more

I LOVE WHITNEY! I've been doing my Brazilian/Brow/Underam/Lip waxes with her since 2013. I was so thrilled when she started her own business because she deserved to own all the success she accumulated over the years. Now at Brightside, I continue to do my wax services and more. The Bikini Brazilian wax for your delicate area needs special care by a professional and Whitney is the best. I've had my share of bad wax specialists and once you've tried a true professional like Whitney, you'll never want anyone else to handle your special area. I recently tried a Supreme Bikini Facial because I had some chafing in that area due to exercising. It is a game changer. My bikini area has never felt so soft and smooth. My husband definitely noticed the difference and appreciates it. I also tried a Smoothing Foot Peel because I had hard callouses peeling from my feet. It's like the treatment gave my feet life. All the dry skin that was initially peeling off before I got the treatment was sucked back onto my foot and wanted to stay there. The dead skin peeled off in about 5 days and the bottom of my feet never felt so smooth! Whitney gives Extraordinary Service because she genuinely cares about you. She cares so much she invests and dedicates her time understanding her clients needs, which products are best for you, and educating you to help you understand why our skin does what it does. She isn't pushy to get you to try new services or products, she doesn't point out your flaws using vanity as a tactic to get you to try certain services, and she is not aggressive with treatments. She believes in healthy skin for your well being as a top priority for you to feel comfortable in your skin. Whitney is trustworthy and beyond experienced in her profession. Stop looking and book your appointment today. I promise you won't regret it. read more

I have been going to Brightside Esthetics since Whitney has opened! She is absolutely amazing at everything she does. You can get facials, waxing, and special skin treatments. I normally go for eyebrows and Brazilian waxing. She is the only person who does my eyebrows perfectly, exactly the way I like them. I highly recommend her services to everyone. The spa is chic, clean, and it is always a warm and pleasant experience. Not to mention, great pricing as well! read more

If you're looking for amazing service, a comfortable experience, and lasting results, Whitney is your girl! I've been seeing Whitney for Brazilian waxes and facials for about a year now. More specifically, I've received the no peel peel, the green apple peel, the perfect derma peel, and more. I love that Whitney is gentle and holds great conversation while doing her work, which helps you relax and stay at ease. She takes her time to really get to know your skin and any concerns you may have. With her help, I've been able to greatly diminish the appearance of my acne scars. She's also given me great advice about how to properly care for my skin and has made product recommendations that have seriously changed my life lol. Whitney is the BEST and my go-to for all of my skin care needs :) read more

It is worth whatever wait exists to get onto Whitney's calendar as she has a dedicated client base. Once you're on, create a recurring schedule. I have been a client now for a few years, for waxing, facials, skin care, learning about my unique skin, and improving it. Her product/skin care recommendations have actually changed my life and improved my self-confidence. I recommend Whitney to everyone, all ages, races, sexes, skin types. She is an expert yet still a constant learner of her own craft. She is also a good person and now a dear friend. I cannot recommend her highly enough. read more

My experience with Whitney at Brightside Esthetics has been phenomenal every single time I've gone to get a treatment done. I cannot express how knowledgeable, professional, and helpful Whitney has been in my journey towards better and more youthful skin. The latest treatment I had was the Jet Plasma. I TOTALLY LOVE the way my skin looked and felt. I immediately noticed how much brighter and rejuvenated my skin looked. Specially the under eye areas, which is the area I try to focus the most in. I can definitely notice a big difference in my skin since after the jet plasma. It was definitely worth my investment and time and I totally recommend doing all the sessions advised by Whitney so you can get the best results. She'll be able to tell you how many sessions she recommends based on her careful and detailed evaluation of the state of your skin. I'm so excited to get my next round of Jet Plasma!! read more

We love Brightside Esthetics!! Whitney & her team are so knowledgeable about our specific skin needs. My teen daughter and I recently got facials! Best experience ever and our treatments were customized to exactly what we needed. Lauren, one of their estheticians, took good care of us! And her facial massage was amazing & so relaxing! The results have been even better. My skin has remained feeling clean and my pores visibly unclogged! My daughter's skin & texture has improved so much, acne is under control, and she's so happy with the skincare they recommended! I highly recommend Lauren & Brightside Esthetics for your skin needs read more

If more than 5 stars were available Whitney would 100% be getting that and then some. I've been seeing Whitney for my Brazilians for over 10 years now and she is the definition of GOAT (greatest of all time). She is the most kind and genuine person around and always makes you feel super comfortable. Whitney is also the skin guru! She got me the perfect skin care regime to moisturize and cleanse my ever so sensitive and picky skin. I have been living out of CA for a over a year now and STILL travel out of state to see her-- yes she's that good. Recently I "cheated" on her and saw a local waxer due to my holiday schedule when I sadly wasn't able to make it out. My ingrowns and hair grown cycle had gotten out of control (all bc someone other than Whitney waxed me). We did a bikini facial that amazing and took care of so many of the pesky ingrowns. Whitney explained every step of the process while working her guru magic. Morale of the story, this woman can do it all. I truly cannot say enough great things about how great she is as an esthetician, and at providing all of the many services at her salon. GO TO WHITNEY, you will not regret it. read more

Lauren is AMAZING! One facial and my skin is already feeling healthier and glowing and the wax was the easiest Brazilian wax I have ever had! She made me feel comfortable and the wax was less painful than previous waxes I have had In the past at other salons. She got ride of every hair and I felt like a brand new woman after her services. I'll be seeing her again soon! read more

This review is long overdue. I saw Whitney a few months ago for a facial & she took great care of my skin! Whitney is professional, makes you feel comfortable, explains each treatment & how it benefits you. Whitney is amazing!!! I just visited her for my first time at her new location (which by the way, is decorated so calming and cute) and can't say enough about her! Whitney educated me on all my skincare needs, we set up a plan and I'm confident that I will get all my acne under control. I got the no peel peel today, and already I've had multiple people comment on how amazing my skin looks! She also waxed me, which honestly I have never had someone wax me so seamless and comfortable! I look forward to our next appointment in a month read more

Whitney is amazing - so sweet, great skincare recommendations (without trying to upsell me or spend what I don't need to), and I swear my 45 year old skin is looking better than ever now! She's super knowledgeable and gives you legitimate reasons behind different ingredients and what they do for different skin types - no one size fits all here. Highly recommend! read more

I have been seeing Whitney since 2020. I have super sensitive skin and breakout really easily!! I have tried many estheticians and none worked for me till i found Whitney.
