Finally adding a review after going to Whitney for a couple years now. I took about a year off from the commute but my face suffered for it. The thing about Whitney, is that she welcomed me back like we had just seen each other the day before. She is the by far, the most friendly woman I've met. She makes you feel so comfortable in an instant and her knowledge of skin care and what's right for you really shines through. You can feel her passion and intention. I came here on a rec from a coworker and let me tell you, I've been driving from chino just to see her. This turned into encouraging the rest of our coworkers to see Whitney. The salon suite location she has couldn't be easier to get to, and she's right in front. Parking is easy to find at any time for your appointment. The products used at Brightside are Top Tier. You are getting what you pay for and then some. She has many, many options for facials, waxing and peels. If you don't know what to chose, she will help you and figure out what your skin needs, what tour end goal is and will go from there. She fueled my addiction to peels and I'll be forever grateful I no longer fear them. On my last visit I was able to try dermaplanning for the first time which is an experience. This review is for Whitney & Lauren! I've been going to Whitney for nearly 2 years now for my cystic acne, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and now maintenance. Whitney cleared my cystic acne in 6 months (while I followed her advice on consuming less processed foods/sugars). Her product recommendations are amazing as well. I recently went to Lauren for an eyebrow shaping. I haven't gone to get my brows done in 6 years! I've just been "cleaning them up" but not exactly shaping them since I was too afraid to make them too thin/noticeably uneven. When I came across old photos of myself (10 years ago) I decided I wanted my old brows back. Lauren was very knowledgeable in seeing my old brows and current brows and explained why I didn't need a shaping and just needed a clean up. She told me that I essentially still had the same brows but in my photo it looked like it was filled in with a pencil in some parts and I realized I did in fact use a pencil back then for my brows. She gave me a perfect clean up and wonderful advice telling me how I'll know where to fill in. I appreciate her honesty and knowledge in my own brows. I have been getting facials for some time now, coming to Brightside Esthetics back in December was the best decision I ever made! Whitney was welcoming right away asked about the concerns that I had with my skin and thoroughly explained the process and recommendations she had based on what she saw my need was. My first service was a No peel peel and added extractions, I left my service glowing and it only continued as the peel did it's work. I have continued with the No peel peel, extractions and added a mask which enhanced the glow of my skin and more importantly because of how well the peel worked I haven't had a need to wear makeup.
