Fair pricing, painless technique, fast response time, easy scheduling. Marilyn is skilled and pleasant to be around. I'm glad we have her here in OC! read more

I don't believe that Marilyn is actually destroying the hair follicle. A friend warned me of this and when I switched to a different electrologist, I noticed a marked difference after just one session. The regrowth is almost nil whereas with Marilyn, I'd treat the same area over 100 times and still have growth. So, while she may seem cheaper, it was actually costing me exponentially more. Also, don't let her near your eyebrows or anything where the shaping of the hair matters. read more

Nobody does it better than Marylin. She's very proficient with the tools she uses, but also a wonderful companion to have through the process. Appointment setting is easy and the location is easy to find (with plenty of free parking). read more

Wow this place is amazing! I had so many questions and I was so nervous about the process, but Lindsey was so helpful and explaining everything a-z. I have my first session completed and can't wait to finish it out read more

oh wow, Marilyn is fantastic, hands-down. As a person, with customer service, and the vibe she when you're in her care is , she's so , I was running behind, but she was so understanding and kind, and polite in every communication so far that we've had. I've had only a couple of appointments with her so far, and I have noticed the difference in the actual service when compared to , as I've been treated by multiple other individuals. She has the gentle , with the there's no way I could even go into work the same day . There was no swelling, barely any redness, saying a lot because my skin tends toward rosey-ing up! again, her manners are so courteous and kind and welcoming. Thanks Marilyn! read more

so relaxing and was so nice and helpful. they really educate you on the process and make sure you're comfortable!

I never considered electrolysis because my pain tolerance is very low. Thanks to the person who referred me to Marilyn - she is terrific! I didn't need numbing cream as there is no pain and the results are a lot longer lasting for me than laser. The prices are way better too. Marilyn has such a nice manner - very easy to talk to. read more

I'm so happy I found this , I wish I found it earlier! I used to do electrolysis in Europe, it was a quite painful procedure, but here I almost fell asleep. Didn't feel much pain. I highly recommend to anyone who is still looking! read more

So I have decided to give electrolysis a second chance. Marilyn is still amazing at the work she does, she is quick, efficient, and removes hair in a way that I don't really feel much pain. She's also very sweet and a joy to talk with. read more

Been going here for a long time for different hair removal needs! She has been in the business a very long time and is amazing at her craft. Best there is in the business. Electrolysis isn't instant but the only method that keeps hair from growing back. Very happy with my experience here through the years! She did move locations and is now in the front building at 1545 Baker st. read more

Marilyn is the owner, she's the best electrolysis specialist I've met. And I've met many!!!! Lots of electrolysis specialists actually pluck the unwanted hairs out which makes it worse, they are supposed to be zapped until they slide out of the follicle socket. That's how you know it's done right. I'm referring my best friend to this place and we both live in LA! Ready to drive this far because this place truly cures unwanted hair for good!!! Plus she doesn't overcharge. We're talking about $100 for 15 minutes that regular places would charge! Marilyn charges common sense fair price with 100% worth it results! read more

Marilyn is an extraordinary healthcare professional and she is so very kind. I had visited several electrologists prior to finding Marlyn. Her work and skill were exceptional in every way. You will not be disappointed! read more

Marilyn is very good at what she does. Beyond that, she's a lovely person! She was very accommodating, following up by phone after our messages crossed in cyberspace, to make sure I got an appointment. The cost was far less than is expected. read more

Marilyn is fabulous. I have been going to her for about 1.5 years, once a week, for a large area of hair removal and I am seeing great results! She is also easy to talk to, easygoing, mellow, professional, and polite. The pain is bearable. Can't beat her rates, either! She has a pretty busy schedule so you'll likely need to book about a month in advance, but if you have a large area like me, she can set up weekly recurring appointments. read more

I went to Marilyn at Mesa Verde Electrolysis for a little over a year and only stopped because I moved out of state. She is super nice and gentle and does a great job! This has been my only ever electrolysis experience so I don't have a ton to compare it to but I've heard other people complain about scabbing and scarring and I've NEVER experienced that with Marilyn. I only went for about 15 minutes each time and since going I've been able to go longer and longer between sessions. She is really affordable and I'm glad I found her! read more

I found this place years ago and ive been to many other electrology places sbf this one is the best as far as prices and the lady is super cool. I really recommend it. read more

Bad communication! Made an appointment and was super excited to finally get those nasty chin hair removed. Had in on my calendar for a Tuesday at 2:15. Showed up and was told very rudely actually that it was for that Monday which absolutely was not accurate as I work mondays. When I mentioned rescheduling ASAP she told me she wasn't available for weeks away. Most places call to remind you of an appointment and I'm most positive I would never have scheduled something during the day when I work. Poor organization and communication on her end and wasted my time. read more

Marilyn has the most competitive prices and is very professional and thorough. She's super sweet and very cooperative and flexible with her workflow too read more

Absolutely the best. Been going here since 1977. Couldn't be more pleased.

Small office means less commotion. happy with the work i get done here. i only do 15 minutes at a time but that is enough for good progress. the cost is quite reasonable since you're not paying for an elaborate spa. if you know electrolysis is what you need, this is the best place to go. :) read more

Highly recommend Marilyn. I noticed an immediate difference and she is very experienced. Electrolysis takes time but her prices are very reasonable. read more

I decided to try and give electrolysis a try since I have a few thick hairs that I didn't want to treat with laser. I was extremely worried and scared but Marilyn put me at ease with the whole process. I used to do 15 min at a time and I could see immediate results as some of my thickest hairs came back slightly less thick. I wish I could have kept up with the sessions but sadly I moved away. Highly recommend her if you are thinking of doing electrolysis. She is quick, efficient, legit, and knows her stuff! read more

I always wanted to get electrolysis done to my upper lip but never had the guts. A co-worker referred me to Marilyn and I'm glad she did! Since I didn't know what to expect I appreciated that Marilyn took the time to walk me through the entire process, answering all my questions and even gave me a complimentary test drive during our first consult so I could see how it felt. I've been twice now and am so happy with the results. ALSO, her pricing is crazy good! I'm not well off by any means and I thought getting this done would mean spending a ton of money, but Marilyn is so affordable. I highly recommend Mesa Verde Electrolysis for anyone wanting to get rid of unwanted hair, done with high quality results and affordability! read more

A wonderful place! I highly recommend to anyone considering electrolysis. Pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable. Had I known this place existed, I never would have begun my hair removal journey with laser hair removal. read more

I've been going to Marilyn for electrolysis for over a year. We are nearing the end, as the areas she is treating are almost completely hair-free now. I have been to other electrologists (before moving to the area) and always felt apprehensive because of the pain, but with Marilyn's technique and machine, I don't feel any pain or worries! In addition, she is very nice and friendly, and charges a reasonable price. read more

I have had electrolysis treatments many times at different places over the years and this was by far the most effective. Marilyn is so lovely. I highly recommend booking an appointment here read more

My first appointment was today. I was told this process can be painful. I can tolerate much and this did not hurt and was worth it to get rid of unwanted hairs. I have had laser treatments but they don't get all the hairs. I will be back to have other areas treated. read more

I have been going here for years and highly recommend it. Marilyn is great and does a fantastic job.

I've had a few sessions with Marilyn and I've definitely seen results. Sometimes she starts the session later than the scheduled appointment, which can be difficult for people who plan on making appointments during a busy day or during their lunch break. Other than that, she's very friendly, prices are incredibly reasonable and it definitely works! Even though I'm moving out of the county, I still plan on coming back read more

This is the first time I have done electrolysis. Marilyn is absolutely amazing. The entire process is simple, painless and she is so sweet. I would highly recommend her office. Very efficient, reasonable prices, relatively painless, and easy to make an appointment. Thank you, Marilyn. You're the best!

As others have said, Marilyn is great...professional and efficient with fair pricing. Definitely recommend her!

I drive about 25mi to come here because Marilyn does a good job and more importantly she is honest. Prices are good. I've tried other electrologists and its hard to know who to trust because electrologists charge by time and they can spend longer time than needs on an area whereas here she's proved to me that shes honest and will only charge me for the amount of time needed. read more

Marilyn is nice, she's great at what she does, she's painless! and I would highly recommend her!

I've been going to Marilyn for the past 7 years and couldn't be happier. She is very thorough and always does a wonderful job. She is very kind and takes great care of her clients. I don't even mind the drive up from Irvine! She's worth it!! read more
